Just the perfect amount of purple and blue to make your eye color pop. You can top it off with a black eyeliner on your water, looks great ;) I gave it a four star due to the purple did not give enough color payoff with one swipe of the eyeshadow brush. It took a few swipes to get the right amount of color. Other than that I recommend this color!!

Needed a color that didn't have too much shimmer and sheen. These colors were perfect! The lighter color is perfect for the lid and the darker color (has more shimmer) is perfect for outer corner and underneath lash line. Stays well throughout the day and both are well pigmented.

Quick Take: poorly pigmented
seen this in store and thought omg!! yellow & purple!! was sooo stoked! swatched them on my hand and left the store empty handed :( they are soooo poorly pigmented the yellow showed up better than the purple but both waaaay too sheer. sad bcuz they looked beautiful in the pan

I wasn't sure about this eyeshadow duo. Thee colors don't look like much. I've seen this eyeshadow duo used in many magazine layouts over the years. Now that I bought it understand its staying power and why it continues to be featured. The 2 colors are both nudes just slightly different than each other. They are pale nudes, but do not have a white, yellow, peach, or even too pink cast to them. They are perfect nude. They make you look polished and put together, just a better version of you. I can't believe I waited so long to purchase them and so glad I did!

Nars eye shadows are lovely and a great buy other than two things. 1) They shatter like no one's business. 2) Any glittery eye shadow will flake and you will have it all under your eyes.

I was excited to try the NARS eyeshadows and I got Madrague because I wanted a neutral combo but it did not show up on me enough so I had to return. I plan to try on a darker duo!

I bought the duo in Portobello. It's not so cute in the compact, but when you put it on...wow!! They are two perfect neutral shades for someone like me with somewhat fair skin and light eyes. I love it! As always, it's very high quality and stays on well.

This is a matte Dou its a nice duo but not too pigmented the colors blend nicely its a great combo if u like colors but not to bright i like bright colors so i had to get the makeup 4ever as well to make it colorfull

i got this in Bouthan, which is a light pink accompanied by a sparkly pink. it just caught my eye right away, and i love NARS makeup so i just grabbed it immediately !
when i put it on i compared it to my Urban Decay NAKED eyeshadows, Urban Decay is my standard, and it's a pretty high one because to this day i have not found anything that's even close to the quality of UD eyeshadow.
the pigmentation was slightly disappointing, not as vivid as it seemed in the packaging. but the colour is BEAUTIFUL. it does not crease (i wear all eyeshadows with UD primer), stays vivid all day with no fallout.
i only knocked off one star for the texture and slightly disappointing pigmentation. everything else is wonderful and i love this Duo Eyeshadow idea because all the coloru seem to go so well together. another hit by NARS.

At first, I wasn't so sure. I got it home and started playing with the colours and it's become my favorite. I can add brown in the crease, just use the two colours or not. It's just a very feminine colour combination. Get it!

Nars' Kalahari, Key Largo and Cordura are the duo's I bought. I love all of them! I was afraid they were going to be hard and no payoff and chunky but not so! These were so easy to work with and blended so well. I started with neutral shades but I may have to get more colourful ones someday soon.

I bought this in Eurydice and I love it! It's everything that they say it is and more. I've never had a NARS eyeshadow crease on me and it stays put all day as long as you use a primer. I also got the Duo in 413 BLKR and that one is just as beautiful.

I got the pink duo.Love the color but disappointed that it wasn't more saturated. Really have to apply a few coats to see it at all. While it shimmered slightly in the palette...it did not on the eye. Would like to know where that disappeared to as it was one of the reasons I purchased this product. If you are going for a very soft, natural, pretty look...this is it.

The eyeshadow was very nice as to texture and ease of use. However, the color I chose was much lighter than I anticipated so I had to send back. Too expensive to keep if it's not perfect! For the price, I would have thought an applicator or brush would have been included.

Love these colors! I'm so happy I decided to venture outside my comfort zone, which is neutrals. These shadows are buttery smooth and highly pigmented. I gave it four stars because the pale gold shadow is less pigmented than the orange one. A salesperson in-store recommended this for my blue eyes - great advice! This is my "go-to" eyelook for evening!

Eurydice… Color Changes

I bought the Eurydice duo. When in the container, the aubergine shade looks purple but when on, it has more of a reddish tone. This was a slight disappointment as I was going for a deep purple smokey eye look.
