I was not happy with this brush at all. My hair is not thick at all and the brush barely held onto any of my hair when I tried to use it to dry my hair. It is not worth the money.

Not nice to my hair.

I have a lot of fine hair and I try my best to take care of it. This brush unfortunately did not "brush" my hair but got tangled in it. I found it tearing my hair - I tried it while my hair was wet (bad idea), air dried (tangled my hair) , and even tried dry styling with a blow dryer (tangled even more). I went so far as to use this brush with styling products that smooth hair cuticles, but still no luck. I would not recommend for fine hair.

Waste of money

Quick Take: hard to work with
I have long straight hair and thought that this brush would be better than the round metal ones I have been using. The brush was difficult to use, my hair just tangled, and there was no bouncy curl. Would never buy again.

Quick Take: easy to hold
I use this brush mainly when I dry my hair. It works fairly well. For me though, the bristles are very soft and don't "catch" the hair. I find myself putting the hair dryer down, wrapping my hair around the brush and then continuing to dry my hair.

I bought this brush after learning that a round boar bristle brush works best for teasing hair. IT DOES. Works like a charm for serious volume, and it's easy to brush out afterward (no tangling.)

Excellent. I love it. My hair looks great!!! I recently had the keratin treatment done to my hair. My hair is very fine and curly. I was using a different brush and encountering some difficulty keeping it smooth and straight. This brush worked miracles. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Quick Take: not easy to hold
I have medium - short hair and had been using a round brush that I felt was too big. Although this brush seemed to be the right size for me, I had a hard time handling it and the static was HORRIBLE. I've never had that problem before with a Boar brush so I was really surprised. I returned it and am just dealing with my too big brush.

Sephora Brand's round brush is hard for me to hold onto. I think it's hard to manage while holding a hairdryer at the same time. I have carpal tunnel in both wrists so that may be the problem and not the brush. I will stick to my Sephora Brand oval wire brush for adding gentle wavy curls because I can manage that brush better.

excellent value - reduces flyaways and is especially gentle on fine and thin hair. Great for adding a bit of bend to the ends. When drying segment your hair and work from the bottom up.

I have very fine hair that I blow dry and straighten almost every day and I was trying to find a brush that I could blow dry with that would leave my hair smooth and not damage it. This brush is a bit too small I think- I love the way it feels to use as a brush but the blowdrying bit didn't really work. i think the handle is a little small and short for drying all around your head as well.

Quick Take: shine enhancing, not good for thick hair
This brush gives you smooth hair, but I haven't used it to blow dry b/c the bristles are stiff, not free-flowing. I've found that free-flowing bristles are a lot easier to blow dry w/ and the results are also better. I have thickish hair, so it might be better for someone with thin hair.
