not as good as I thought

I have only been using this product for 6 weeks but I havent seen a noticable change yet, I'm going to give it 12 weeks and see...I'm hopeful :-)

Great for a lot of reasons

Yes, these slightly improved my cellulite. But more importantly, they really helped with my overall sense of vitality, energy, moods. I guess I was short on these vitamin levels! They generally helped me with my cellulite and overall skin health. Remember there are no short cuts in life, so don't expect miracles...but they are great vitamins.

I bought this pack not because I thought it would transform my body (get real, ha), but I did so due to the fact that the supplements are good for your overall health. I'm 21 and have had stretch marks since I was 13. Never been overweight, not even tall, so no idea where they ever came from. Any person, website or product that claims they will disappear is incorrect. Since stretch marks occur in the dermis, attempting to repair this layer is impossible. Yes, treatments such as laser will improve the look, but you're forever stuck with those bad boys. Getting started with taking these regularly is a pain since there are so many. It took me a few times to get going and stick to it. However, it was well worth it when I did! I noticed results within a week or so I would say. My skin is usually very clear (face and body) and the pills only made it that much better! I would get into the shower and look at my skin and think, "Wow, this is actually doing something. Cool!" Face seems more plump and skin glows. My nails never used to grow at all and now I've been having to file them frequently. My hair hasn't been dry either. I think if a person expects these pills to get rid of their stretch marks or cellulite and cause them to lose weight just by taking them, they're going to be disappointed. Keep your expectations realistic! You're going to be drinking plenty of water when taking these pills, so that also contributes to your health and appearance. I'm not sure on if I would purchase these again because of how expensive they are. I'll more than likely try a different supplement Sephora offers and see how that goes first. Also remember that every one's body is going to react differently depending on your current health. If you have the money, I do recommend at least testing it out. Hope this review helps! I try to give as much information as possible because no one likes to be ripped off or hear the same responses of "Love this!/Hate this!" bs. Good luck! :)

Great results

After having my baby I had really bad stretch marks on my stomach. I have been taking these for over a month now and have noticed great results. My skin is tighter and you cannot even see the stretch marks any more. I definately recommend these and other products by Murad.

I'm on my second box and have seen some results in my chunky thighs but I don't know if its from the supplements or from me being a little more active. On the plus side my skin glows when I take them and my nails have been growing like crazy..

Not What You Expect!!

I took these pills for a couple weeks, but I had to stop because they kept making my stomach upset! They taste horrible! and to top it off, if you don't like taking pills, there is a large amount to take. I thought I would be able to handle it, but it was just useless. Also, I didn't see any results, I know it says it can take up to 4 weeks to see results, but it isn't worth it. Once you stop taking it though, your skin gets worse!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Walking gets rid of the cellulite better then this stuff!

I am extremely disappointed in the "Firm and Tone" cellulite treatment program! It says to give it 8 weeks to see results. I am on my second box of supplements, finished my first tube of the "Firm & Tone Serum" and half way done with the "Body Firming Cream". I used all three items religiously (day and night) from May 1 until now. I still have not seen any improvements on the cellulite on my thighs nor the stretch marks on my arms and stomach. None of the products have firmed any part of my body! I must also add that I do 4 days of intense cardio and 2 days of strength training. I haven't experienced any benefits of the supplements nor the serum. The only product I do like is the "Body Firming Cream", which leaves my skin silky soft, but haven't seen any firming on my body. The supplements have not benefited my hair, skin nor nails! These products have cost me close to $400 that I cannot recoup and it has been a complete waste of time and money!! After I finish my remaining products, I will not buy this again.

I can't believe it worked!!!!

I was a BIG SKEPTIC...but thought, worse case scenario..I am pushing some healthy vitamins into my body....Well that was just another benefit! These vitamin packs are worth the price of admission because they Deliver Results! I took them religoiusly for 4 weeks and saw great improvement in the tone and texture of my skin...not to mention my nails! Keep in mind I also exercise regularly (4-5x weekly) and I added Bliss-FatgirlSlim and FatgirlSleep cream into the mix (day/night). I am already on my second box and looking forward to seeing the final result at 8 weeks! This is a must for pre-beach prep!

I bought this since bikini season was right around the corner and thought this would be great to add in with working out/drinking water. I've noticed a BIG difference! My skin feels firmer and the cellulite around my thighs has definitely gone down. Awesome product!

Your fingernails will thank you!

It has been a while since I've taken these (had to stop due to the cost) but I previously used them consistently for a year. I didn't take them for weight loss - I was just looking to improve the appearance of my thighs! I do think they helped with that, but the unexpected side effect was that my fingernails became very strong. My hands are in Nitrile gloves all day long for work and it wrecks my nails - they're always splitting and peeling. These pills restored them to my "pre-glove" days even though I was still wearing the gloves. To me that shows a definite system-wide benefit from the supplements. There are lots of pills to take, but it's worth it!

Im liking this product so far, one flaw is the fish oil vitamin is the burp/repeat type. its not the non burp vitamin so for the first 15 minutes after taking it, beware of burps.
