I don't know why but after using these for 2 weeks, I saw a complete change in my metabolism and mood, and not in a good way. I ended up returning these b/c it was making me very lazy and not effective at work.

I have tried every cellulite option that I can find. I am 5'8", 135lbs, 45 years old. Regardless of excercise, I have always had "cottage cheese" on my thighs. I have been using this product for three weeks, and I am starting to see results. I was skeptical when I ordered, and like the previous reviewer, thought it was an eight week supply. When I realized that I was almost out, I did not hesitate to reorder.
I am anxious to see the results at eight weeks, and will report accordingly. I like the convenience of the packaging, especially when traveling. However, it seems like a "bulk" option could be offered for a lower price.

Let me start off by saying that if I review something, I either love it or hate it. I love these supplements!!!
Me: 5'7" tall, 160 lbs, 33 years old, one child (c section), stretch marks, dry skin, keratosis pilaris on upper arms (looks like goose bumps), and all around puffiness in belly/hips/thighs.
After one week of taking Murad (no creams, just the pills), my thighs, hips and tummy are smoother, less puffy, feel great, and has contributed to losing a pant size! When I was putting lotion on my legs last night, I also noted that I didn't have as much stubble as usual and my legs were smooth as if I already put lotion on them!
That is strange for me, since I live in New Mexico, a very dry climate, and have terrible skin by nature.
My upper arms are even improving, and there's not really anything you can do to easily rid yourself of keratosis pilaris.....
Anyways, I think they are excellent - love em! I am planning to take the 8 week challenge.
My complaint? they are too expensive! I thought the package was the full 8 weeks (seriously, if you market something as an 8 week deal, you should package it appropriately), which seemed bad enough for the price. After I ordered it, then I found out it was for a month. $130 for a month of vitamins seems overboard, but hey....one week into and visible results?!!??! Seems legit...

I have tried many products to help improve the appearance of cellulite - creams, lotions, other supplements - and none are as effective and powerful as Murad Firm & Tone. I know it's a lot of money, but truly, worth it. My skin looks firmer, smoother and most importantly, the appearance of the cellulite on my legs is noticeably lessened. I'm wasn't looking for a miracle, but I found one with Murad! If you are concerned about cellulite or improving the overall appearance of your skin, I highly encourage you to try these supplements. They are amazing!

I faithfully took this product for 8 weeks as instructed and saw no results, what-so-ever. Contemplated taking 4 more weeks, but with no signs of any change, I don't feel it's worth it.

I just bought this supplement pack; the rating only reflects my expectations after using this product for a year. I'll start using it December 1st along with Murad's Firm and Tone Serum. I don't expect to see dramatic results by January 1st.
I'm 5'2 and 112lbs. I've had stretchmarks on my butt since I was eight. It took my cellulite years to become visible. It'd be unrealistic to expect the problem to be eradicated within a month.
But I'll keep track of my results and share my experience with this product throughout the year.

I was a bit surprised not to see any big changes with my cellulite or firmness of skin since all the other Murad products I can do nothing but rave about. I did notice my nails grow so much stronger which was really nice.

After trying these supplements I noticed an amazing difference on my stretch marks and had much more energy. My skin also improved and I suffered less breakouts. My husband is now also taking the tablets due to the difference he saw in my skin and tummy. They firm the skin along with hydrating from the inside so strechmarks appear less visable. Highly recomend them!

Truly works

I noticed a change in my skin after about 2 weeks. I took it religiously. After I finished the box I bought the Dr. Perricone Skin and Total body because they were on sale on another site. I love the Murad and. I haven't finished Skin and Total body so to be fair I won't judge them just yet. The price is just about right if you consider you would have to buy all the vitamins seperately. My advise is to stay with this. I am an African American "Mixed chick" and have freckles or "age spots" on my cheeks. They have reduced drastically.....so now I'm ready to OD on Murad. Stay with it. Take before and after pics and good luck

Quick Take: firm and toned dietary supplements, they are big sometimes it got stucked to my throat, maybe it needs to lessen the sizes, the price is too high make it affordable, awesome, love it..love it...
I can't believed what this supplements did to me my skin got firmer, flawless, soft, and most of all looking younger than my age. I have a lots of compliments how young i looked they will not believe if i will tell it to them my age. Thank you for this vitamins Dr. Murad is a saver for youtfulness.

Quick Take: effective, convinient
i love these. i'm young, but stretched horribly with my first child. i saw a noticeable difference after finishing the first box. smoother, faded stretch marks, less cellulite, firmer muscle tone, and glowing skin. you have to maintain consistent schedule with the pills, otherwise your results will be lacking. and i suggest a moderate workout to go along with them. you can't rely on pills alone. i can say that these have been a miracle for my stretch marks though. and once you stop taking them, you should notice a difference in the glowing effect and fullness in your hair (almost like a pregnancy glow). the supplements are just packed with essential nutrients- i tell my friends that they are my beauty pills, because really that's what they do. worth the price if you are willing to commit to them. didn't think i'd love it as much as i do, wish it was cheaper, but i'm buying it again :)

I am super healthy, i work out 5 times a week, & i have never been over weight but since i hit puberty stretch marks have take over my body, it's gross. I knew taking these over priced supplements won't make them go away but i was hoping for them to fade just little. one month goes by and nothing happened not just my marks but no improvement on my skin tone and hair and everything else it promises so i try it the second month... still nothing! 8 weeks!!!! & i did not see any result in my skin tone texture, & especially on my stretch marks. it was such a waste of money and i am a part time worker/ college student so it was a big investment for me and i regret ever wasting my money on it.

Quick Take: amazing
Best product ever, only problem is pills are too big, but since it's working i don't mind taking them.I just finished my first box and saw a big improvement in my skin,hairs and even nails.Even my complexion looks bright ,i had little discoloration on my nail,it disappeared after starting these vitamins.I don't know if that happened because of these vitamins,but i am happy it's gone.I will never stop taking them.

Quick Take: convenient packaging
The supplements help. I've been tanning religiously for 30 yrs. Until recently not too much skin damage. I knew it would happen...this year it hit me hard. Lots of sagging skin and what I call fine aligator lines. I avoided this product due to price. But I finally had to try it. I started noticing a change within about 2 weeks. I'm now on wk 6 and the aligator skin is gone. My skin is only sagging slightly less, but it says take it for 8 wks to notice full results. I'm ordering the 3rd box. Besides the slightly wasteful packaging, price is my only complaint. I'm currently taking donations. :)

I personally have not taken these supplements but have reviewed the ingredient list. The main source of skin tightening and toning is from the amino acids listed as L-Lysine, etc. These are straight protein for the muscles and helps to give a more toned appearance, of course, along with diet and exercise. Overall, this sounds like a great supplement pack. I personally take Advocare Catalyst which contains a blend of amino acids for about $40 per bottle. I take 3-4 per day and it works amazing. I was curious what the ingredients in this would be to help produce the same results as the Catalyst I have been taking. Now I know! Great stuff, amino acids.

i have been a fan of murad products for a couple years, especially their skin care line. i like 90%of women have a little cellulite on my thighs under my butt. i had tried many lotions and creams and figured i would give this a try. after about 1 month of use i saw about a 60%decrease in my cellulite, my skin is glowing and supple, and even my "monthly" acne has decreased. also, as a young teen i was a bit pudgy and had stretch marks on my hips that are completely gone after using this product. i am now on my 3rd month and the results are still great. i would say with all honesty my cellulite has decreased by 70%!!! i will continue to use this as long as it is available(i also paired it with the serum and firming lotion). i gave it 4stars bc i feel its a little overpriced, i feel it should be about $100.
