My cellulite has improved a little for me and a lot according to my husband which is so happy that is willing to pay for them so I don't stop taking them ! I've been taking them every morning and every night for the last 3 months. I'm also working out and "trying" (haven't been so succesful) to eat less. I give them 4 stars because they taste awfull and there are too many but I will not stop taking them. They are a little pricey but it is worth it I think... or ask my husband.

This is the First Time I've Been Disappointed

Quick Take: good for hair and nail growth
This is the First Time I've Been Disappointed by Sephora. I do like the product, and have used it before. This time, I ordered two months supply. Both arrived damaged, with the majority of the oil capsules leaking. They sent out a reorder, and with both boxes, I could only find abouot 25 that didn't have leaking packages. I called Sephora and was told that there was nothing they could do, but that I could return them. They would not replace them again. I also emailed Murad to find out if the shipping method needs to be by air. No response there either. I am very disappointed in both companies, and considering taking my business elsewhere.

Quick Take: great for skin if you take for over a month
I am a vitamins guru, and I have found these to really live up to their claims ( well as much as a vitamin can)... really the key os the 2 bottles of water you will take down swallowing all the vitamins.
However, they are a great mix. In order to really absorb vitamins you need to tae in the morning and evening. Most of vitamins in pill form are absorb only partially the rest runs through you.
That is why taking twice a day is imperative. This is the only pack I can tale at night, that does not keep me up.
Worth the price, if you would otherwise go buy a medicine cabinet at GNC or wholefoods, Vitaminworld etc.
If you are merely looking for a multivitamin look elsewhere.

Yes, these slightly improved my cellulite. But more importantly, they really helped with my overall sense of vitality, energy, moods. I guess I was short on these vitamin levels! They generally helped me with my cellulite and overall skin health. Remember there are no short cuts in life, so don't expect miracles...but they are great vitamins.

I bought this pack not because I thought it would transform my body (get real, ha), but I did so due to the fact that the supplements are good for your overall health. I'm 21 and have had stretch marks since I was 13. Never been overweight, not even tall, so no idea where they ever came from. Any person, website or product that claims they will disappear is incorrect. Since stretch marks occur in the dermis, attempting to repair this layer is impossible. Yes, treatments such as laser will improve the look, but you're forever stuck with those bad boys. Getting started with taking these regularly is a pain since there are so many. It took me a few times to get going and stick to it. However, it was well worth it when I did! I noticed results within a week or so I would say. My skin is usually very clear (face and body) and the pills only made it that much better! I would get into the shower and look at my skin and think, "Wow, this is actually doing something. Cool!" Face seems more plump and skin glows. My nails never used to grow at all and now I've been having to file them frequently. My hair hasn't been dry either. I think if a person expects these pills to get rid of their stretch marks or cellulite and cause them to lose weight just by taking them, they're going to be disappointed. Keep your expectations realistic! You're going to be drinking plenty of water when taking these pills, so that also contributes to your health and appearance. I'm not sure on if I would purchase these again because of how expensive they are. I'll more than likely try a different supplement Sephora offers and see how that goes first. Also remember that every one's body is going to react differently depending on your current health. If you have the money, I do recommend at least testing it out. Hope this review helps! I try to give as much information as possible because no one likes to be ripped off or hear the same responses of "Love this!/Hate this!" bs. Good luck! :)

After having my baby I had really bad stretch marks on my stomach. I have been taking these for over a month now and have noticed great results. My skin is tighter and you cannot even see the stretch marks any more. I definately recommend these and other products by Murad.

Not What You Expect!!

I took these pills for a couple weeks, but I had to stop because they kept making my stomach upset! They taste horrible! and to top it off, if you don't like taking pills, there is a large amount to take. I thought I would be able to handle it, but it was just useless. Also, I didn't see any results, I know it says it can take up to 4 weeks to see results, but it isn't worth it. Once you stop taking it though, your skin gets worse!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Walking gets rid of the cellulite better then this stuff!
