Good lip moisturizer

Quick Take: hydrating
I like this moisturizer. I reapply more often than I'd like but it's not too often. Moisturizers well and I have tried A LOT of lip moisturizers. No regret in purchasing I do like it!!

There is a slight smell of the shea butter, took a bit to get used to. (rather I'm still trying to get use to)
does it moisturize? yeaaah on the most part but I would get tiny little bumps on my upper lips where my cupids bow is.
I'm still on the fence about this.. if you don't mind the shea butter smell give it a try

STOP SEARCHING
-03.29.13
I have always battled with dry lips and since being put on medication, they have been the absolute worst! Since trying the L'occitane hand lotion, I Decided to try this lip balm and it is absolutely on believable!! I don't need to reapply every other minute like I did others. A bit pricey but worth it.

L'Occitane Moisturizing Lip Balm
-03.26.13
Quick Take: hydrating
I love all L'Occitane products. This lip balm is non sticky and moisturizing because of the Shea Butter. This lip balm is a bit pricy for lip balms but it's well worth the price tag! I highly recommend this lip balm and all products L'Occtiane!

Hands down - the best!!
-03.21.13
I've always had dry skin and dry lips but since I've been on medication I've really had the worst. This is by far the best lip balm you will ever, ever find. Stop your search and look no farther! It's a tad expensive but so worth it. I was constantly reapplying other let balms and they never seemed to help. I rarely need to apply this and it's so moisturizing!

Wonderful!
-02.22.13
Quick Take: hydrating
I was blown away by this lip balm. It didn't go on in a sort of slick like most other balms, which then just sit on top of your lips. It sunk in beautifully, and was wonderfully creamy, making reapplication almost unnecessary. Most balms needs reapplication every few hours, but not this one. Which actually made me kind of sad, because I really wanted to reapply and feel the lovely smoothness again and again!

Rich enough in winter
-01.20.13
Rich enough to protect lips in dry winter and no smell. Not too oily but rich.

"Ultra Rich"- not in the slightest
-01.07.13
I have dry skin, so I look for products with shea butter. I decided to try this lipbalm because I do love the shea hand cram by L'Occtaine (litte one for my purse, big one for my desk at work). I was not impressed by this product. The first ingredient is mineral oil, and it slightly stings my lips. I want something HYDRATING, not a clear gloss that sits on top. I wont be purchasing this product again.

Nothing to get impressed with
-01.05.13
Quick Take: not recommendable
I thought that it was going to be better than average but it's something extremely oily that do not penetrate the skin so no hydrant action at all wont buy it again

Was hoping for more
-01.05.13
This came to me in a tube not as a lip balm stick. With that said, although it makes my lips feel great initially, in the end my lips feel drier and flakier when I use this product. The cold Colorado weather could be to blame also, but I was hoping this was my answer to smooth hydrated lips. It wasn't.

Love the product
-12.29.12
What I didn't care for is that the price tag on the shelf was $10 but the register rang up $12. When I questioned the salesperson, I was told that the register is always right. I believe the tag on the shelf should always be right and since it was not, the tag price should have been honored.

Good
-09.30.12
Good enough to use daily, but not for winter use! I do not think it moisturize enough for a pricey chapstick

This is a nice lip balm if you just want moisture with no color, shine, etc. It feels a bit grainy when you're applying, but it's not grainy on your lips. I also like that it has no taste.

I bought this lip balm a few days ago to wear under lipstick and it works really well in keeping my lips hydrated like this. This product is not the best, but that's also why it's only $10. It's a good purse lip balm, bc it lasts forever and keeps your lips soft on the go. The lip balm itself is a little hard.

Disappointing
-07.08.12
Quick Take: drying, unpleasant
I usually love L'Occitane products, I have some of their other glosses and the olive oil balm (which is great!!), so I expected this product to be awesome! But, I was really disappointed, because this product is really kind of drying, and the smell gets to you after awhile. It smells kind of like perfumey dryer sheets, not the kind of smell you want on your lips. It really just felt like I was putting candle wax on my lips and none of the moisture was sinking in. To all of my fellow chapstick addicts, don't buy this, I ended up returning it. If you want a great balm, go with L'Occitane's olive oil line.

Decent lip balm...
-06.09.12
I like this lip balm well enough but it is a bit gritty and waxy...it has a bit of a perfumey taste and doesn't last all that long...it does, however, make your lips nice and soft. I probably won't buy this one again...

Drying
-03.15.12
Quick Take: non-sticky
This lip balm completely dried out my lips. I had high hopes since I love love love L'Occitane hand cream, but was very disappointed in the lip balm.
