Quick Take: good value, travel size
Love this case. It was a great first starter kit, small enough not to be intimidating but big enough to get me started. It's lasted almost year with no loose hairs or problems. Great for travel, as it's light-weight. The case material has a nice feel that I enjoy as well.

This is the therd set I've purchased, love love love so soft and very high quality. The best mini set to travel with and carry in a small make up bag, I'm a carry on kind of person when I travel, so this is exactly what I need to add to my mini everything! You will never return or regret buying this set!

I love those brushes!
I use them almost every day. The angled eyeliner brush is just perfect to make that "cat" eye, and the blender is very good too. Just the powder one doesn't work very well.
The size is also great. My kit lives in my bag!

Quick Take: good price, good basic brushes
I discovered I left my brushes at home when on a business trip... and had to dash to Sephora. This is a good kit, not too expensive. I have better brushes at home so didn't want to duplicate. This will now stay in my travel bag!

Quick Take: smelly
I wish I had good things to say about this. The bristles fall out and the entire case, brushes as well, had a horrible smell, like mold and rot. No worries though, with Sephora's outstanding customer service I was able to return and get a great set, also from Sephora, for less.

Hate this set. It looks convenient.. but it's not. The powder brush is flimsy.. and the angled eyeliner brush is less than precise. Not to mention, the "hold-down" flap thingy (that's a technical term), doesn't cover the angled eyeliner brush very well and it is constantly slipping out of the top. I like the selection of shadow brushes in this set, they were selected well. But that's about all I like in this set.

Two weeks ago, one morning, I forgot my makeup case when I left for work, so popped into Sephora at Times Square to get some emergency help. The staff was very friendly, helpful and suggested this kit. I was very happy with the quality of the product and ease of use.

I'm pretty disappointed with this set, even though I read the reviews and thought I knew what I was getting. The brushes aren't anything to write home about, but aren't terrible. I get pretty good color delivery with the eye brushes and the powder brush is smaller than I'm used to but fine for when I touch up with some powder and just want to go over my face and make sure I'm all blended. However, I had been using these not more than 3 days and the bristles already started coming out of the eyeshadow brush. This is REALLY aggravating. I have more durable brushed from ELF (which I was trying to replace with this set, ironically). I am going to have to see about the return policy for used items, because it's not very useful to me when they bristles start coming off.

I got this set from a sephora store about 2 years ago. I just LOVE it! I still use all the brushes to this day. No shedding from any brush in this set, lasts Forever! A staple for on the go for sure :)
