i am an official convert to laura emrcier foundation. i absolutely despised foundations, since i could never find the right shade for my undertone. well a friend interoduced me to this, and i was sold! this is my third time purchasing it and i will never buy another foundation again. it's very light, so if you have major flaws to cover, you might have to use a bit more than you think, but it's worth it!

Good Foundation

I like this stuff, especially the fact that it can be layered. Good coverage. I've tried other brands, but I keep coming back.
It doesn't cake up and make me look wrinkly as some other brands do. The shade blends beautifully and looks natural. A slightly mat finish.

Love the coverage

The coverage is awesome but the best part is that it doesnt feel heavy. I have problamatic skin a little acne scaring and a few blemishes here and there and several of my friends say that my skin look super healthy but it's not really my skin it's just the excellent coverage this foundation gives I love makeup that doesn't look like a mask. I don't like to hear your makeup looks nice
( unless I have some awesome eyemakeup on ) but its nice to hear that your skin looks healthy

my skin is very sensitive, uneven in tone and this is the best base i've found and have used for years(and i do like to try new products). if problems blending, use primer or moisturizer 1st. if skin gets oily, use powder after.

this has been my foundation for years. it is the best coverage, consistency, and color. the only down fall is the bottle desing. the lid will break after the 1 month and will not stay on the bottle. happens every time....but still agreat product.

I had someone in the store help me find my shade...in the store it looked great and once I started using it at home, the color was way to orange/yellow. I am not sure if they gave me the wrong color to purchase, or if it truly looks different outside of the store (hopefully not THAT different). I am going to try to take it back and exchange it for a better color match.

I am so excited about this foundation, it's insane. I love the creaminess, consistency and the coverage. It's a perfect foundation for my skin. It covers up my hyper pigmentation while it keeps my skin oil free.

I was surprised to find this thick and goopy when applying, but then my skin looked oily and shiny in a couple hours. Never using it again! Liked the shade, it was different than other brands I had tried, that's what the one star is for.

This foundation states that it is oil free but after couple of hours my face is really oily...it also comes off easily if you ever touch your face...it does not give me the full coverage im looking for...i returned it

Best Foundation
I'm a fashion model with mild acne. But for a model, acne is a MAJOR issue. Laura Mercier makes the BEST products in the world. I've worked with Laura before on her most recent spring campaign and fell in love with this foundation. Its thick enough for even coverage but light enough to avoid that awful sorority girl cake face look.
Plus, its silky smooth and gets people complimenting me on my AMAZING skin.
I always laugh when I hear that one! Laura Mercier is my secret!

This is a great product because it can be used as a sheer natural finish or layered for a more full coverage. It is very creamy and moisturizing; however it did make my t-zone a little oily later in the day. Overall I really like this product because it provides a natural finish.

I first got this foundation when I was in D.C. during the summer. A Sephora sales rep introduced me to this foundation bc it was oil free since tend to get super oily by mid-day. To my surprise, it performed very well in the humidity that D.C. had to offer. I'm back in California now and still use the foundation. There is a confidence bonus knowing that this make up has been through both coasts and can hold up in any weather. I wear it when I know I'll be sweating in the LA 90 degree sun and I also know that it has endured the extreme humidity and swamps of D.C. . My mom has since started using it and loves it for being able to cover her sun spots and freckles. It really does provide amazing luminous coverage. I've also since then, given up my mineral make up.
