Laura Mercier Foundation Powder
Use Foundation Powder dry with a puff to reduce shine or as a touch-up over a liquid foundation or tinted moisturizer. Apply it wet with a sponge and it will offer more coverage than a liquid foundation for a true soft focus appearance. Compact contains a sponge and a puff.

I have used a different kind of Laura Mercier and loved it, but this kind is really dry and if you put it over a blemish it drys it out where it looks disgusting. Horrible coverage.

This is fantastic stuff. I have oily, sensitive skin so I have to be very careful with what kind of makeup I put on my face. I prefer a natural look, but I love that I have the option to provide extra coverage by wetting the sponge. No. 3 matches my skin perfectly - I have light skin with yellow undertones, matching the description exactly. I ordered a No. 4 to go with my summer tan. My only complaint is that it only lasts 3-4 months, tops. It seems to disappear so quickly and I don't apply that much!

The associate picked out this new foundation and color for me, and it couldn't have been worse. This is the worst makeup I have ever purchased. It has an un-natural color, and the makeup cakes on. After applying the makeup, I realized the only thing worse than how if felt (caked on), was how it looked. It took 15 minutes with a harsh exfoliant to remove. Buy anything else.

I love this powder. Thick enough to cover flaws, without foundation underneath. But also works well over foundation. Overall love the look it gives my skin.

Doesn't look caked on! I Love it. However, It does take about an hour to settle in nicely with your skin. Worth the wait. I use a brush in small circular motions instead of the applicator included. Worth te $40. I have Asian skin so it does match my yellow undertones with out enhanceing the redness.

I have really been struggling with my skin and acne lately and needed a way to not completely clog my pores and still look acceptable in public. This foundation is really versatile to where I can apply a medium to full coverage and not look cake faced. This foundation really stays put all day and you barely have to touch up throughout the day.

I am already a huge fan of Laura Mercier, but this foundation powder is wonderful. I usually apply the tinted moisturizer and then power over, but with this powder, there is no need for the tinted moisturizer. It's does a wonderful job of covering blemishes and evening out skin tone.

Provided decent coverage but when I used my face brush to apply, it was like a giant puff of powder! I live in LA ad work about 30 miles from home so I put my makeup on in the car (horrible, I know but the extra 15 minutes of precious sleep is needed), and after about of week of using this product i noticed my dash board had a layer of make up!!! That's when I decided it was time to return it! You waste more product being emitted into the air than onto your face! Not for me :-(

This is the best foundation powder period!! It is light but provides great coverage. I apply it with a foundation brush. I have been using it for almost 2 years now. I have olive skin and use No 7. I have got my mother and sister using it as well now. I love it.

While the foundation had nice coverage it was too yellow for fair skin people. If you are fair skinned with cool under tones don't even think about it. Plus there is no other choice which is why I was hoping if would work..... yeah no it made me look like I had jaundice

Easy to apply for medium coverage. Best for humid weather. i bought this one for my daughter who is a broadcaster and it makes her skin look flawless for the camera as she is a sports and media broadcaster for the Walter Cronkite School of Broadcasting.

I am truly a powder foundation kind of gal. Coverage is buildable and it works well with LM tinted moisturizer for added coverage. Product is great! Only complaint would be limited shade choices (I find myself in between 2 and 3).

This is a great powder if you want light, even coverage. I use the No. 2 shade and it makes my skin looks fresh and gets rid of any shine. I wouldn't recommend it though if you need a lot of coverage.
