These sponges are really nice! I purchased these rather quickly & was a little hesitant b/c of the high price point but after I received them I was very impressed. They work best w/o water in my opinion & delivery a nice even coverage. They are a pretty compact material so they seem like they will hold up well. They clean very easily too.. Just rinse w/some hot water & squeeze out the exess makeup.

The size and shape are perfect for application. I rinse and reuse. They last a long time. I prefer the shape over the wedge sponges from the pharmacy.

Great for foundation

Nice shape and density for smooth foundation application and blush blending. Cleans easily. Nice value. I've bought Sephora sponges in the past and they're very nice. These are of equal value and I prefer the egg shape for getting concealer into undereye corners.

I felt a bit silly spending the premium on these sponges but they are SO worth it! I used buildable coverage foundation and found this to be the perfect way to apply. The makeup looks more natural and I can put more or less in certain areas. I also find that I use less makeup because I am not wasting what is soaked up into cheaper sponges or brushes. Well done Laura Mercier!

I bought these based on reviews and they are a must have for me. I use a small dot of Laura mercier tinted moisturizer and smooth over my face. The finish is unbelievable, the sponge doesn't soak up the product, it's like magic.

These sponges are fabulous. I use them every single day to apply my Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer and it works so much better than with a foundation brush! The application is really smooth (although it was strange the first time using it) and it just makes my foundation look so much more natural and work with my skin. Wonderful!

I really love these sponges as opposed to he ones that come with the face compact. They set a smooth, glowing look that lasts all day long. Especially nice, is that they are washable over and over by simply using soap and warm water (and squeezing all excess water out).

This sponge does exactly what it promises!! Makeup goes on smooth as silk and more even than any other sponges I've ever used. Would definitely recommend and buy again in the future!!! Also doesn't smear the makeup everywhere, allows more control over application and coverage. You won't be disappointed.

This is the best way to apply cream or thicker foundations. I use this sponge with Tarte full coverage foundation. Makes a smooth, buildable coverage, blends perfectly. Tap or press into blemishes for fuller coverage. Be sure to dampen it with water before using it.
