Quick Take: doesn't weigh hair down
Noticed that when I used the product the bottle felt different. I had saved several empty bottles from original and yes there is more product in the new formula. Old was 4.8 ozs. I am glad I saved an old bottle because I find that it was easier for me to hold. So you get more for your money and the product is just as good.

Works wonderfully on wet or dry hair. The smell is a little different but I use it everyday. Sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. Do not hesitate to purchase.

Quick Take: lightweight, fast absorbing
This product is perfect for thin and damaged hair!!!! It gets absorbed immediately into my hair and it doesn't make it oily or weighs it down!!! I love this product!!!! I don't think I would recommend it for thick/coarse hair though. It might not be rich enough for you.

Quick Take: easy to use, bad smell, not as good as old formula, light weight, effective
I really enjoy this brand but I was disappointed when they changed their formulas, especially this one. It works ok but I don't use it as much as I did before, mainly because of the smell. The new formula isn't as effective as before and I find that when I do use it, I have to use more than I did with the old formula. It's easy to use and gets the tangles out so it works, but it's different.

I love this product! I have long, fine and color treated hair and use this in combination with a gel product after washing my hair to help keep it from drying out and give it a silky smooth finish when styling.

Doesn't work

Used this product a few times already, but can't seem to see a difference. I bought this hoping it would help moisturize my fine, color-treated hair, but except for funny smell it doesn't do anything. I own and have tried quite a few hair products and Ojon is clearly not working for me. Wasted money, too bad I lost the receipt, otherwise I would return it.

Quick Take: natural, doesn't weigh hair down
My hair is never happy. I always have to much or to little conditioner in my hair. I always need a detangler to be able to brush out my hair. This product solves all of my fine, dry and difficult hair problems. Try it. You may finally find that your hair can be as awesome as you are!

I've been and Ojon user for about ten years. I was a little worried when the product formula was changed because they changed the shampoo and conditioner and I didn't care for them. However, the Revitalizing Mist is still excellent. It is the best leave on conditioner on the market.

This product is ok but it is NOTHING in comparison to the original. It would make my hair look and feel so amazing...and I would receive so many compliments on the scent. I really hope these comments are passed on to the company because they NEED TO RE-RELEASE THE ORIGINAL!!!!

I purchased the full size of this product after being pleasantly surprised by a free sample. I use this product after curling my hair with a large barrel curling iron- it tames frizz and flyaways while giving the curls some shine and control without being sticky or tacky.

Stinks!

Like many others here, I really loved the original version of this product. Worked great and smelled really nice. Bought this a couple of weeks ago, thinking perhaps the name and packaging had changed but the product was the same. It really stinks. It works okay but I think I have to return it based on the smell alone. It makes me gag when I spray it on. Can't figure out why the company would change a formulation that had so many rave reviews and loyal customers. Really bad decision.

Mediocre... I miss the old one!

While I like using this after my shower, before I comb out my hair, it pales in comparison to the original Revitalizing Mist in all areas. WHY would they replace it? I'm so upset! The first one smelled better and was MUCH more nourishing. I could use the old one on wet hair and get great moisture before styling or not style at all, or use it on dry hair, shake it out and get another day of wear before shampooing. If you're looking for just a light gentle mist, I guess go for it, but to me this new one just feels watery and does far less for my hair. Pretty much just use it to detangle. I use Ojon religiously and can't say anything bad about them, but I'm honestly disappointed in this and will probably test out some other products for a replacement.

It's okay. I like the Ojon Revitalizing mist better. It seemed to have a little better shine and softness. Also I liked the fragrance better. But don't go by the smell of the tester in the store for the Dry Recovery!! I think sitting on the shelf the smell dissipated. It has a nice light lemon smell. I just liked the Revitalizing better.
