I seems to just make the under-eye area shiny, an effect similar to putting white eyeshadow in the inner corners of the eyelids.
I'm usually a huge fan of Bare Excentuals, but this product did not really do the job.

Have to say this really does work. I have fair skin and very dark circles am in late 40's. It is definitely worth the money. Not a miracle worker but does what it says.

This does make my dark circles lighter, but I was hoping it was a treatment cream that would help them diminish over time, but really justs hides them for the time being. I would buy it again though, I am getting married soon and want to hide the circles as much as possible.

This stuff glides on and instantly COOLS the eye area. It is not a heavy moisturizer and leaves a tiny amount of shimmer on the skin after it dries to help reflect light which helps, especially for the under-eye area which can be darker.

This is my secret weapon for vastly diminishing wrinkles around my 46-year old eyes, and moisturizing this very sensitive area of my skin. Almost every other product I've used has created an allergic reaction, or caused my skin to flake and peel, but this stuff has been working like magic for me for 3 weeks now. I want to say thank you to the person who first told me about it, and to the Sephora staffer who found the product for me when I came into the store. Yay!!
