Not worth the hype

A lady at Sephora recommended this and I wish she didn't. I usually don't like to use pads but what the lady said about it I couldn't resist. Thankfully Sephora has an amazing return policy. Pairing it with the Kate Somerville Acne Spot Treatment, it only made me break out more and made my face sticky and dry.

I have adult acne and most everything dries me out that the acne looks better. :(. This pad is nice, not drying, no new boulders on my face and it feels nice afterwwards. I only use once a day, I like the smell and how it feels (clean) I cut them in half, to save money and half seems to do my entire face no problem.

Sure this is pricy but its worth it. Keeps my skin calm. Great for deep cleaning pores after wearing makeup. Recommend using at night.

Quick Take: good smelling, great amount
Great smell, and it doesn't make my face dry out. I haven't had a breakout, however my acne scars are not really diminished. It works well to remove oil, and I can sometimes use it when I don't have time to wash my face.
I have cut them in half and I use cotton pad and press down on the top to get more product. This will definitely last me a while.

Quick Take: amazing, miracle worker
I have acne still and am in my 30's. I also have discoloration from the pill & acne marks. These pads have all but stopped my breakouts & have lightened my discoloration spots. I am truly amazed! They do have not irritated my skin at all and do not dry me out. Simply amazing!

I had acne as a teen, cleared up in late teens and i enjoyed clear skin throughout my 20's till a hormone imbalance at 33 caused me to break out all over my neck, chin forehead and temples. I have suffered big time its embarrassing!. I have bought everything for acne and no relief. I wake up everyday with new ones. so 3 weeks ago i started using these pads twice a day along with the glycolic cleanser and i tell you i have not had a breakout since!!! Try it!!

Quick Take: magic in a jar
When I moved to Houston, I started completely anew. New makeup, new apartment, new everything...and new skin problems I never had prior when I lived in California. By that, I mean my new facial war against acne, oily skin, blackheads/whiteheads, and big pores. My beautiful flawless skin went down the drain and my confidence took a huge nosedive...into the corner of my room where I hid.
I tried many things but they were all either painful or caused adverse reactions.
I have learned one thing with skincare here in Houston: it doesnt have to hurt for you to see that it is working & that is exactly it with these pads.
They smell great and within the first 3 days of using it only at night, my skin began clearing, my blackheads & whiteheads diminished &&& my pores are invisible! Bets part? These pads are so drenched that I actually cut them in half and they cover my whole face and then some!
I rec. that you wash your face with cleanser first so that your face is free & clear of anything then use these pads like you would a toner. You will get better results that way since your skin will be able to absorb everything.
I love that they have a rougher side for exfoilating properties and softer one for cleansing. I truly that these pads saved my skin and this formula is gentle enough for everyday use!
They also made my skin baby soft without drying it (even though there is a high alcohol content). And the alcohol actually helps despite what you think. It helps in making the skin cleaner so that bacteria cannot infect your skin and cause breakouts! woot. Extra bonus? Yes my fine lines from smiling and around my eyes are reduced too!
All in all, if you have any trouble with your skin, this is the product you need the try. It saved my skin, let Peter Thomas Roth save yours too.

I went to my local Sephora recently to purchase a face scrub. I had every intention on purchasing a grainy exfoliant, when one of the representatives suggested against it. Because I am prone to acne, and all a scrub would do is spread the acne bacteria around my face, she reccommend something with a glycolic acid.
She then showed me the Gentle Complexion Correction Pads, and I was a but hesitant because I was unsure of its effectiveness. After my first use yesterday morning, I still had my uncertainties, but I remained optimistic. Well as I washed my face later that day, I noticed the stubborn blackheads on my nose were almost unnoticeable, and my pores looked smaller! I couldn't believe it! After day two of using the product, they improved even more. I absolutely love this product, and the smell is wonderful. It smells like peaches :)
My only drawback about this product is the amount of alcohol (23%) it contains. I will not be using this product in the daytime anymore due to its high alcohol content, and the potential of sunburn because of it. If you do use this product and intend to be in the sun, please, please, PLEASE use a good SPF (I currently use Clairns and Chanel)!
This is a great product to add to your skin care regimen, especially if you have combination skin, and concerns with acne, blackheads, or other problems. My skin is going to be gorgeous by the time my wedding rolls around (12 weeks)!!!

I've only been using a few weeks but thus far, I like them. I usually break out at that time of the month but so far, I'm staying pretty clear. I cut them in half and just use a half after washing each night. I've gone a couple nights without moisturizer after and I wasn't dry at all. However one night I did use alone rather than washing with cleanser first and it felt sticky on my skin. These are not to be used like makeup remover cloths so use them after a gentle cleanser. Also these do not dry out like a lot of eye-makeup removing pads often do.

I like it.
My skin looks more dewy and radiant after a week of using this. No break outs or anything. The rough/dry patches on my skin are gone. I think this does a good job of "exfoliating". I have extremely oily/combo skin so I also have dry patches. It's terrible. But i think this has been working very well on my skin. I think I may try the max corrector pads instead of the gentle. I started off with this one because it has less alcohol content, and my skin is sensitive to begin with. I haven't seen any redness while using this product. I have acne prone skin and, as i mentioned before, I haven't had breakouts using this.
The glycolic acid helps to reduce pigmentation from acne scars.

Quick Take: wonderful, great for oily uneven skin.
I normally do not write reviews but I just had to for this product. My skin wasn't terrible to begin with...but I am very oily with pores on the larger side and some breakouts here and there. This stuff has worked wonders. I am almost done with my first container and am just about to order a second. I still get a stray pimple every once and a while but my complexion looks awesome...the evenness and smoothness of my skin has improved dramatically. And, after about a months use (religiously every night), I have noticed my pores are definitely smaller. It can be a bit drying at first (why I only use it once a day) but for someone with oily skin that isn't really a bad thing and after about a week of use the dryness went away. Totally great.

I have problem skin and have been looking for a way to control my breakups and clear my dark spots & scarring. At 31, I am so tired of dealing with my skin issues. I have been using ExfoliKate for a while, but it seemed to no longer work for me. So one day, I was browsing the skincare section at my local Sephora when a sales lady suggested that I try these correction pads. She had beautiful skin and she told me that she has been using them for nearly a year and her problem skin cleared up, along with her acne scarring. She told me to use them twice a day initially and then transition to once a day before transitioning to 2-3 times a week. I decided to give it a try and started using them twice a day. Within the first 2 weeks, I noticed a dramatic difference! I used to have 2-3 pimples a week and by the end of the first month, I would only get the occasional pimple. My dark spots from previous breakouts started to clear up within the first 6 weeks. I have been using this for 5 months now and I absolutely love them. I no longer get breakouts, my skin always looks radiant and my acne spots have faded significantly and some have disappeared altogether! This is the only product I have ever purchased from Sephora that I thought would merit the effort of posting a review. If you have problem skin, give this product a try! It has honestly changed my skin and I no longer need to wear coverage makeup!

Quick Take: effective, gentle, clears skin, exfoliates
I started using these pads couple weeks ago and noticed improvement in my skin just after couple days. My pores got smaller and it really helped with my hormonal breakouts. My husband even mentioned that my skin looks good!! He actually noticed:)! The product is gentle on my skin and does not cause any irritation. It has a light pleasant peach fragrance. I did get few dry spots during first tree days but now my skin just has a nice glow. I just use good moisturizer and serum and I think it helped my skin to absorb those products better. Overall I like this product a lot and the price is reasonable too compare to other peeling pads I've used before. I already purchased second jar because I do not want to run out.

I never write reviews. That's how impressed I was with the efficacy of this product. It isn't going to be a substitute for something like Retin-A or a PCA peel, but it banishes small breakouts overnight and really helps to fade dark pigment scars. Not harsh or drying either, really love it.

I love these pads! I don't have bad skin, but I'm a bit oily with visible pores. After the first time I used these I noticed a difference. The best part is that they don't burn and the peach scent is a nice difference from other "acne" pads.

These were recommended by a beauty magazine and once I tried them, I understood why. I am early 40s but still have plenty of oil and large pores on my problem skin. These help exfoliate, keep pores clearer, and even have anti-aging benefits. (Not only that, but almost every time I purchase them, the Sephora expert mentions s/he swears by them too!)
