Super easy flawless skin- 01.02.09
I first tried this when it was included as a free sample in my order. Unfortunately it was the wrong color, so I went back into the stores to look for my color. Since it was the holidays, the product wasn't on the floor (unfortunate for such an amazing product) and I had to ask a sales associate for help. They were nice enough to supply a sample in the correct color and since then I've ordered the full size and can't live without it. It's a great base for my mineral powder foundation. Helps provide a primer-like base, smoothing over any imperfections. Highly recommended!

Still Searching- 01.02.09
I'm looking for a foundation that will stay on oily skin. I tried this and yes, it feels like butter going on; however, it doesn't stay on. In fact, it didn't stay on long at all. It probably works well on drier skin, but if you have oily skin, be careful.

I think it works about as well as most primers. I felt a little mislead by the shade name luminous as I thought it might have a light reflective property to it. It smooths okay and holds make up okay. I think smashbox photo finish is better.

My makeup style is simple and natural. I work in a fitness center as a trainer, so too much makeup looks just silly, but no makeup can look a little unprofessional (although I do it from time to time). This stuff glides on, evens out my skin tone, and doesn't need any touching up. I also don't need a thousand other layers of makeup, either. A little goes a very long way, and I've not gotten one pimple, or even a blackhead from wearing this. It's also great for going out as well...I just use more dramatic blush and eyes. I really love this makeup.

I have really mixed feelings about this product. On one hand, it feels amazing and makes my skin feel silky smooth. On the other, I also feel that when I sweat, it totally beads up on my forehead when I use this product. It provides decent coverage, but for the price, I certainly think you can find better. Especially because there seems to be no way to get the little bit that's left in the bottle out when you're near the end. If the pump stops giving you any product, you're not going to get much, if any at all, when you take the top off, as they've made the hole too tiny to get a brush in. I also found that the cap never stayed on the container, which was frustrating as I carried this in my purse regularly.

One of the best foundations!- 12.27.08

This foundation is not cheap by any means-- $50 is a lot of money, I know! The reason that I wanted to buy it was as a result of a sample that Sephora sent me with some makeup that I had ordered. From the moment that I applied it to my finger, I fell in love with it! It has this really cool feel to it: you can feel the minerals, the texture. You only need just a little bit; the foundation goes on so smoothly! For example, with the sample that I received ( a very small amount enclosed in plastic), I was able to apply the product to my entire face. The end result: sheerness and luminosity. Actually, the product is called "Luminous". It really does an exquisite job of evening out the complexion. Shortly after I tried it, I read the reviews from others, and bought it! I haven't regretted it.

I wasn't happy at all with the coverage of this product. It does seem to cover redness or age spots well at all.
My skin feels amazing the first few minutes that I wear it, and then it feels very oily shortly afterwards.
I won't purchase again.

Perfekt for summer- 12.25.08
I love this product especially in the summer for a more natural look. I chose "rich" which gave me a nice tanned look without making me look like an oompa loompa.

Quick Take: the best for oily skin
This is the only foundation I've found in the 30-some years I've been wearing makeup that actually works for oily skin. It does not feel like foundation, but it covers like foundation. I forget I have it on! It's pricey, but it delivers. I'll never use another foundation again.

Works good, but not alone- 12.19.08
The one good thing about this gel is that it does an excellent job covering pores, and is an excellent base, but it does not provide any type of coverage.
However, if you use this product with for example, some loose powder foundation, the results are very good.
