Quick Take: hydrating
I've bought this product for 5+ years, and I can honestly say that it has kept the skin around and under my eyes plump, soft, and wrinkle/fine line free. It's thick, so I love to put it on first, before my night moisturizer to let it soak in, and then I apply my night cream. Wonderful product!

Mini-face lift in a tube!

Quick Take: hydrating, absorbs quickly, eliminates wrinkles while used regularly
I have had the luxury of trying high-end serums and creams thanks to Sephora's larger VIB samples, however, I have seen the best results with Philosophy's Hope series. At a fraction of the cost, the Hope In a Tube Eye and Lip cream is truly a little face lift.
As long as I apply the cream to eyes and lips every night the laugh lines and wrinkles disappear the minute I stop smiling, as opposed to hanging around long after. The cream even mimics a collagen treatment because it fills in my lips and the deep "smoker's lines" I received from 20 years of drinking soft drinks through a straw. (I've never touched a cigarette.)
***Others might not see the same results. It works very well for me because I am exposed to harsh sun and dry wind 4-6 months of the year and need the extra moisture to fight the effects of squinting, drying zinc in sunblock, etc.
A little goes a very long way!

Quick Take: hydrating
I first tried this product in sample form and loved the texture - creamy. And now I am on my third full size tube. A little goes a long way!
I don't have any fine lines yet, but I do like this product as part of a preventative routine.
I also use it for any dry areas on my face and it balances right out. With my combination oily skin and large pores, I do get pimples from time to time. My spot treatments can dry out my skin, so I dab this right on top for intense pin pointed rehydration.

I am well into my sixties and have never had any plastic surgery or botox or anything and everyone asks me about my eyes.....and why they looks so great. I have been using Hope in a Tube Eye and Lip Cream for about 5 years now and people keep commenting that I keep looking younger.

All-around Eye Cream

Quick Take: hydrating
I have been using this eye cream for quite a few years. The reasons I always go back to it is 1.) the price-point, which is reasonable 2.) the consistency of the cream itself. I can put this cream on during the day 5 minutes before I apply my under eye concealer and it doesn't crease or cake. It's in be-tween being too light and too heavy. 3.) It's also nice to use the extra to pat onto your lips. Since I am an Aesthetician I have been using eye cream since my 20's and it IS important and IT DOES make a difference. If this is your first time getting an eye product, I'd say this is a good one to start with.

Great eye cream for younger skin

Quick Take: hydrating, brightening, softening, rich
I am only 19, so I can't say much for Hope In A Tube's anti-aging properties, but I do love using this cream at bed time for my eye and lip area. It's a bit rich so it takes a while to absorb, therefore I don't recommend it for daytime use, but it is SO hydrating and makes my eyes look a little more awake when I get up in the morning. I have chronic dark circles and bags so that's a miracle in itself. I take the cream all the way around my eyes, including the up on the brow bone. Then I take whatever's left on my fingers and dab it around my mouth area. The result is lovely, soft and hydrated skin! A little goes a long way. Love this stuff.

I am a fan of Philosophy products, but this one disappoints. I am 43 years old with the usual wrinkling around the eye area accompanying my age. I used the product for 8 weeks and noticed absolutely no change. This may be for a younger demographic, but for the money, I would skip this one.

It goes on smooth and blends well with concealer. I'm taking off 1 star because I need something to work when I travel to the desert. Windy, desert winters are pretty harsh. I live close to the California coast, so it's a big climate change for me. It's been particularly cold and dry this winter. For the first time, my eyes (and hair. I know, not relevant) are getting super dry. Although better than what I was previously using, I still had to re-apply a few times during the day.
I need something richer for the desert. Other than that, I love it.

I used this for years with success, then fell into the "you're getting older, you need an anti-aging cream" game. Tried multiple eye creams and they all irritated my skin. Went back to this and am kicking myself for ever leaving!!! Love the feeling of this cream - denser than many but absorbs so quickly. Great for protecting the skin between the nose and lips when you have a cold - I never have a red raw nose when I have a cold.
