Quick Take: not great
i love philosophy products but this was not for me. it's basically a sticky, gooey cream. used it for over a month with no difference in eye puffiness or fine lines. save the money for something that works

Not the Best

I've been looking for a great eye cream, more for preventative measures than anything else, and bought this one on a whim based on some great reviews. I don't find that it absorbs very quickly and it's a little bit too greasy. Also, it causes my makeup to crease like crazy.
It's not terrible but it's not great, either. I just don't think it's worth the price. I'll probably use the rest of the tube and move on to a different eye cream.

Great for lips

Quick Take: creamy, thick
As I speed towards my mid-40s, it becomes more difficult to keep my lipstick on. Lip pencils aren't cutting it anymore, and shiny, sticky plumpers just look silly. Hope in a Tube is a thick cream that fills in lip lines, smooths lips and slightly plumps - making application smooth and appearance tidy. It only lasts a few hours (hence the 4 stars) so I do need to touch up a couple of times a day. Nevertheless, this is the best product I've found for my aging lips. I've tried it around my eyes, but haven't noticed much difference.

The skin around my eyes has always been dry in the winter. This cream solved that problem without being greasy. It is very thick, so you have to pat it on. I only gave it 4 stars because I prefer a cream that is easier to smooth on.

This was my original eyecream purchase many years ago and although I've tried different Philosophy products..Eye Hope and The Miracle Worker I always come back to this. It just does the job on the lines and wrinkles!!

JUST HAD LASER ON MY EYES AND THEY WERE SENSITIVE AND DRY. NOW THAT THE DOCTOR SAID IT WAS OK TO PUT EYE CREAM ON, ALL MY EXPENSIVE STUFF WAS IRRITATING. THIS IS SOOTHING AND VERY MOISTURIZING, AND GREAT FOR SENSITIVE EYES. GREAT PRICE FOR THE JOB THAT IT DOES.

brightens, smooths, works well with eye creme, softens and then lets talk about what it did for my upper lip,,,, well words cant say but those lines went away and my lip stick does not bleed into the now gone lines. I think I tried everything,,,, this has been reformulated from the originial product and what a difference glad i tried th latest and gratest. There is no other product that does what this majic tube does. Make sure you put on cleaN skin 1st eyes and upper lip. Just go in the store with a clean face and put some on for the day you will go back to buy.

Any woman over the age of 60 MUST have this product! I use it only on my upper and lower lip lines twice a day and it truly helps reduce the appearance of those nasty lines.

Just when I was ready to give up I tried a sample, and my eyes haven't look this good in years. my makeup no longer goes into the creases under my eyes. I stopped using my primer and It's just as good or even better than with it. The lines under my lips are also alot less noticeable.

Quick Take: thick, soothing, moisturizing
My acne medication makes my skin tempermental and has made my eye area dry and itchy. This stuff is amazing!! It soothes and hydrates. It's a little thick so I usually put it on at night before bed. Just pat a little under the eyes and a little all over my lids and brow bones. It leaves them silky smooth and super moisturized.

Ok - but not really what I hoped for

Quick Take: thick, no lasting improvement even with 3 times daily use
I would recommend the Eye & Lip Cream for it's gentleness on the skin. I have very sensitive skin and haven't had any adverse reactions to it. I do find that there is no lessening of fine wrinkles around my eyes and mouth. I've used a full tube without residual hydration or wrinkle reduction. A bit disappointing if you have very dry, sensitive skin and making those nasty little crows feet disappear is important to you. If you have normal skin I think it would be great.

This product is great! I use it on my eyelids at night before bed and I can notice a difference in the darkness and firmness of my under-eye area after consistent use. I have sensitive skin and have had allergic reactions to other eye products, even ones supposedly hypoallergenic, but NO PROBLEMS with this product

I've tried all kinds of eye creams over the years, but I have finally settled on this one. As others have said, it's thick, but it doesn't clog pores as some other eye creams do. A little goes a long way. I was getting milia (the little white pimples around the eye area) from the other eye creams that I had been using and this cream really helped to get rid of them. Use morning and night.

Picked up a mini kit that had this in it and wow is all I can say. It vanishs upon application and the results are unequaled. It really is amazing stuff. And I never thought I would be able to use moisturizer let alone eye cream as my skin is quite oily I can use this with OIl-Free Hope in a Jar and I see a difference. And is doesn't seem to trigger break outs or clog pores.
