Quick Take: is definitely a keeper!
It does not take much of this cleanser to remove all the eye makeup. It is so easy and does not burn your eyes. This product works great! I would definitely refer this to a friend.

this takes my waterproof mascara off like a charm, but holy does it sting. my eyes burn afterwards, if it didn't do such a great job of taking my eye makeup off i wouldn't use it.

I have the most sensitive skin and eyes ever and this product does not cause ANY irritation. Works beautifuly and removes all traces of eye makeup and foundation and conceler around the delicate eye area.

I bought this eye makeup remover today. I wanted something gentle That worked well. I have used oil based cleansers in the past. I really love that this cream formula doesn't blur my vision and also doesn't hurt your eyes If you accidentally get it in your eyes. It also keeps your eye area moisturized. Works very well! I like that you don't have o wash it off too!

Very gentle and effective. The first eye makeup remover I have used that leaves no residue as well as remove all traces of makeup. I only give 4 stars as I prefer products with natural ingredients.

This is my favorite eye makeup remover by far. Unlike other eye makeup removers that leave my skin feeling dry and tender, Clinique's Naturally Gentle Eye Makeup Remover leaves your eyelids feeling clean and soft.
I think this is a must-have if you wear eyemake up on a daily basis. Why damage the sensitive skin around our eyes if you don't need to?
The only time I don't use this remover is if I'm in a huge hurry or if I've used false flashes, which require a bit stronger remover. In which case I use Clinique's Take the Day Away remover or Lancome's BI-FACIL - Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover.

I have extremely sensitive eyes. Most eye makeup removers sting my eyes and this was no exception. I was hoping the "gentle" meant it wouldn't sting, but unfortunately I was wrong. I immediately returned it after one use.
If you don't have crazy sensitive eyes like mine, then give this a whirl. It feels soothing on the skin and effectively removes your eye makeup.

I love creamy eyemakeup removers because I often forget to take off my eye makeup before hopping in the shower -- this stuff you can apply in the shower and rinse and then wash your face. It also works GREAT to apply and tissue off -- very gentle and effective.

It worked really well at first, it takes everything off very quick, but it really irritated my eyes. I wear contacts.. but of course take them out before i take off my eye makeup. It still irritated them, and I'd panic and have to rinse them out quick with water. If you're a contact wear-er with sensitive eyes...I don't really suggest this. Wish I wasn't so sensitive, otherwise this product would be perfect!

This takes everything off easily with one wipe. It even takes off my Blinc mascara without having to use water. I have problems with dry skin in the corners of my eyes and this is great for that as it doesn't irritate or dry that area.

After trying many different wipes and products to get waterproof makeup off of my eyes, I finally tried this product and it is the only one I will use from now on. I have very sensitive eyes and I hated the way the oily removers felt after using them. Clinique eye makeup remover is gentle and works with very little effort. I had tried using wipes before and the scrubbing to try to remove the makeup severely burned my eyes. You do not need to use a lot of this product for it to work and you just need to wipe away-no scrubbing. The only downfall I have encountered is that after a while it can start to separate a bit in the tube but is usually ok if you shake it a little. It still works.

I love this eye make up remover lotion. I'm always using contact lense and have difficulty using eye make up remover that doesn't sting my eye. I'm glad i bought this! Even my mom loved it! She always use false lashes and tons of eyeshadow. She also had sensitive lids due to the formula of the eyelash glue. She told me this product doesn't hurt or sting her eyes and her eye make up is removed completely just by one use. Even the glue of the eyelash is removed but not completely. It left only a tiny bit of stubborn glue but able to be removed easily after washing the face with some squeeky clean soap. I've tried it myself when i used false lashes for about two times on different days with a really good glue. It does remove all make up and only left a tiny bit of glue. I'm really impressed with this product. Oh, and it last forever because i only need a tiny amount due to it being a creamy lotion. I gently massage the lotion on my lids with closed eyes for about 10-20 seconds then i open my eyes and check if all is removed completely. If not, i keep massaging until all is removed. The lotion remain moist and gentle no matter how long i left it on my lids. A really great product from Clinique.
