I love the light dewy cream consistency of this product, but I think the formula has changed a bit because it is not as 'gentle' as it used to be. It burned my eyes just a little, but it is still cleaner than a greasy remover.

My eyes are pretty sensitive. This has been the only eye makeup remover that doesn't irritate them. It works great on most mascaras except the Clinique one that isn't supposed to come off with makeup remover (that one comes off in warm water). If you have sensitive eyes, try it.

Best Eye Makeup Remover Ever!- 01.05.10
Quick Take: no rinse, creamy, lightweight, good for sensitive eyes
I've been using this product for about 15 years, and I haven't found anything remotely as gentle. I find the best way to use it is to lightly dampen a (100% cotton) cotton ball and then put a small pea size on the the cotton. It really takes it all off, even waterproof, with no tugging. At age 39, my lashes are as thick as they were as a 20-something!

Gently and completely removes eye makeup without a lot of rubbing, and without the weird slimy film over your vision. Pricey, but you end up using a lot less than you thin, so it lasts.

I hated eye makeup removers! I would wash, but the makeup would never fully go away and I felt like I was washing and washing every time! Then I tried this lotion that just rubs on and then off with a tissue. So easy and gentle too.

Clinigue's Naturally Gentle Eye Makeup Remover is the best combination of strong and gentle: it's strong enought to take off the heaviest applications of shadow/mascara yet extremely gentle. I've started using it as my general facial cleanser, especially now that the weather is getting colder and the air is dry. First I apply it just to my eyes, massage in gently, and cotton off, then reapply a dab over my entire moisened face. Excellent cleansing, no drying.

I love this product because I have extremely sensitive eyes and this does NOT burn or irritate, a tiny dab removes every single trace of eye makeup (including several coats of mascara) so it lasts for months, and it leaves absoloutely no residue at all. An added bonus is that it doubles as a makeup solvent for your face so when I'm traveling I can take on less product!
Did not like the product. It stung my eyes and made them blurry which it is not supposed to do. It also did not remove the eye makeup. Better products out there.
