Allergic! First time ever w/ Clinique!

I've used Clinique for years. My skin is white as paper, if irritated/red it looks startling and seems to take forever to go away. This Clinique product caused teeny pimple-like bumps next to each eye. Had just finished shower so no contamination.

This product really delivered! Over the last few years, I've noticed the skin around my eyes getting puffy and a little droopy. A lot of "lift" products leave a residue...sort of like white paste. This is completely different. It's a very hydrating cream that helps puff out small wrinkles. But the best part for me was that it does open my eyes up a little bit. My eyes just look more refreshed and awake. I would recommend trying a little sample from the store to see if it works for you. I notice that some very young women are giving it low marks, and might just not have anything that needs to be lifted.

My mom always said that if I continued to scowl my face would stay like that. She was right, I have a severe line between my eyebrows that looks like a continuous scowl. This cream made the line all but disappear after only about a week of use. I'm about to repurchase because I was so pleased with the results. It also helped the smile lines around my eyes.

My go-to eye cream

I've tried a few eye creams and keep coming back to this one. It glides on really well without leaving a moist/liquid residue. Absorbs really quickly and hydrates really well. I don't notice any long-term firming qualities after using it for about two years, but it feels "firming" as you put it on, which is nice.

I have been using this product for years....there is nothing like it. I use it as night over my entire eye area. Over time, there is a dramatic difference in the skin around your eyes.

I love this eye cream. It visible reduces fine lines and wrinkles. I don't have many wrinkles to begin with but Im trying to prevent more from developing. I wake up and I feel refresh. My skin looks so much smoother.

Quick Take: nothing special
There was nothing distinctive about this cream. Used it for several weeks and feel neutral about the whole experience. Did it fight gravity? I'm not convinced. Did it firm my eye? Not really. On the plus side: nice texture, absorbed easily, pleasant unobtrusive smell.

There are no products out there as affordable as this that perform as well as this does. I am 53 and have been using this for years and it really does work and I know that because I have gone without it before with terrible results!

I have extremely sensitive skin and it seems that my eyelids are even more sensitive then the rest of me. This is the "only" eye cream I have been able to use without any problems. It takes very little and I use it under my eyes and on my eyelids up to my eyebrows. Not only does it do what it says it will, it seems to make a very good primer for my eye shadow.
