Quick Take: buildable coverage, long wearing
I use this powder over a light liquid foundation to prevent shine. Unfortunately, for my dry skin this powder makeup makes my face look too dry to use alone. However, over a liquid foundation it provides really nice coverage and prevents shine all day.

Quick Take: buildable coverage
This is the best powder I have ever used. It goes on thicker for ultimate coverage however it doesn't look thick. It makes skin look smooth and flawless.

This face powder went on smooth and completely covered my face evenly. Did not feel "powdery" - felt natural against my skin. I purchased the Matte/Ivory shade (I am a light-skinned Latina) as this is the shade I normally use with Covergirl, but this shade was a little too light for my skin. All else, this is an excellent beauty product that I would definitely purchase again.

I love full coverage and this is the best BEST !! powder ever! It last all day with one application. I use make up forever foundation mat velvet and this over the foundation and i look flawless all day long, I get tons of compliments and the best part it does not cake up. I have also used this powder with Laura Meicer foundation and worked amazingly! & the price is great! I promise you, you will not find anything better! Believe me I have searched!

i think i've been using this for over 10 years now and i still come back to it even after trying other options. i was even approached by a co-worker recently who asked what i use. this has been my go to in both summer (oily skin) and winter (my skin gets dryer as i've gotten older) month and it's always what i need.... the color is smooth and doesn't look like i have tons of makeup on, but gives enough coverage to conceal facial impurities... definitely still recommend this!

I like this powder for the feeling on my skin. When applied with a powder brush, it lays on nicely and not too thick. When applied with the pad that comes with it, it can be used to cover large/dark blemishes. Rubs off fairly easily, and when used with a brush, it tends to deplete my supply quite quickly (compared to my bronzer which can last 3 times as long as this powder).

I read through dozens of reviews of various powders and finally decided to try this one. It is super! It takes some acclimation, but it can go on very lightly and then take subsequent layers for more coverage when needed. I love the light coverage it gives me while it evens out non-perfect areas.. To make a terrific very un-made up looking, non-creasing, long lasting look...

Matte, great coverage powder

I've used this powder for years. I love it. I use Clinique stay fit foundation, then cover it with this powder. I get great matte, no shine coverage. I use matte bisque. I'm fair complected. You could wear this alone for good coverage too, but I like it with foundation. Love it!

I've been using Clinique products for about a year now but this is the first time I've ever tried using a powder foundation. I was hesitant about going powder because I was afraid it would make my skin look dry or cake in some of my more oil-prone areas--like around my nose. Luckily this product does neither! It gives good medium coverage, feels really light on my face, and requires little to no touching up throughout the day. I really like it as an alternative for my liquid foundation.

After a few hours I feel like I want to wash my face - it's even worse on a humid day. I prefer Clinique's Sheer Pressed Powder for a lighter feel.

Let me start by saying that I am SO hard to please when it comes to powder. I'm extremely picky because I need full coverage but don't want a product that looked caked on or that will aggravate my oily, acne-prone skin. I bought this powder a few days ago after not finding a powder that really spoke to me at the store. I saw this on the way out and grabbed it, interested in the fact that it's matte and by Clinique, which my skin loves. The coverage of this powder is amazing. It glides onto my skin almost like a cream, and it does everything that it promises. I work in the beauty industry and wear full makeup to work every day, but the first day I wore this powder I received countless compliments! I was so pleased. I don't see myself ever using a different powder. Everyone should have this product in their collection! My only complaint is that the compact looks very grandma-esque, but I can deal with it. :)

After looking at the reviews, I decided to give this powder a go. I had a job interview in a week and was running out of makeup, so I went to a store and chose the color I thought would work. Boy was I wrong. I had to go back three times, each time thinking I had gotten the right color and each time looking like a clown. My skin tone isn't fair, but it isn't THAT dark. I gave this product 2 stars instead of 1 because in spite of the fact that the colors in the store didn't work for me, the powder felt great. It didn't dry my skin out at all, which was one of the principle reasons I decided to try this one out (that, and its dirt cheap compared to other brands). Bottom line is: If your skintone is between fair and beige, this product isn't for you. It will make you look like a Snookie infomercial (if you're going for that look, that's fine, I just wanted a more natural look which is what this product was unable to deliver).

I love the way it glides on it's really like feels like your not wearing anything at the same time it looks like I'm wearing makeup... It doesn't really set in as well as I thought it would but it still is a great product it lasts almost all day

This product has very good light-to-medium coverage and does everything it promises to do. I guess it's my fault for expecting more. In general I wanted my face to look brighter. Albeit, it looked flawless but not...bright. In the end I returned it but I realized...after thinking about the return...it was a very good product. I just expected from it things that it never claimed to do. I might repurchase it :)
