Heavy and thick
-05.22.13
I don't like this at all. It feel very heavy and thick on my face. I would prefer using powder shimmer.

Amazing product!
-05.18.13
I was on a hunt for the perfect highlighter and I found it! I'm addicted to watching you tube makeup tutorials and guru makeupbycamila featured this product in her monthly favorites so I knew I had to go out and buy it!! I'm glad I did!

Nice Product
-05.05.13
Quick Take: soft shimmer
This gave me a nice natural glow (i have Nc42 skin for the MUFE foundation) on my asian skin. Do not store sideways as the product seeps out of the container. If you add too much product, you will see a light pink tint on the places where you "over did it". Other than that, i can get a really dewy finish on my face using this highlighter. I do prefer this over Sunbeam and Highbeam because i don't want a frosty, champange tinted look (looking at you Highbeam) or a shimmery bronze look (Sunbeam: for Summer.) i just want a natural finish on my face.

More unique than High Beam, but still too costly
-04.28.13
I like High Beam, but NARS Copacabana is more product for slightly more money ($30 for 1.1oz, while High Beam is $26 for 0.45oz).
I like Moon Beam more because the glow is unique, and I haven't seen any other highlighter like it. It's sort of an iridescent golden-purplish glow, and is really pretty. But still, not $26-worth.

Not Good Color For Ivory Skin
-04.17.13
Quick Take: barely visible
I have very pale, ivory skin. I already use Benefit High Beam which I love. I purchased this Moon Beam thinking it would be a nice change for the summer. Color is barely visible on my skin. Returning it this week.

Not what I expected.
-04.11.13
I purchased this product to use as a highlighter. I thought the color would be as pictured; a yellowish light skin tone color with a little bit of shimmer. I was hoping to use it on my nose, cheeks, chin as an all over highlighter. I tried it on my hand and once it goes on and you blend it, it changes to a pink apricot shiny highlighter which wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I already have a Nars illuminator in Orgasm which is a similar shade I only use for my cheeks. Sadly, I had to return.

Best Liquid Highlighter!
-03.29.13
Quick Take: natural glow, illuminating
This highlighter is the best liquid highlighter I've tried in YEARS. It's more yellow undertoned, which is great for asian skin. I debated over Moonbeam and Highbeam for a long time, but in my opinion, Moonbeam outshines Highbeam. I would not recommend this for people with oily skin. It does not look frosty like Highbeam on my skin and it's great for a natural glow.

Too Light
-03.26.13
Quick Take: beautiful color, not noticeable enough, too sheer
I wanted to love this because the color is such a pretty highlight with a slight apricot tint in certain lighting. It looked so gorgeous on my hand but when I put it on my cheekbones I just couldn't see it. I think my skin tone is simply too light or something. Too bad! I bet this looks beautiful on deeper skin tones, though.

Quick Take: pink
Gross. The consistency of it is fine, but unless you're looking for a really darkly pigmented, hot-pink glittery shine, skip this product. I seriously don't understand why it's hot pink, of all colors. Definitely not subtle.

Gorgeous Color
-01.16.13
I have olive type, medium skin. The iridescence of this color matches my skin perfectly. It compliments medium skin tones so well. I was using High Beam but it was too light for my skin tone and didn't shine right the way I wanted it to under foundation and powder. Moon Beam is perfect for illuminating your face and lasts all day. I've never had to reapply and get many compliments about how my face looks as if I've just received a microderm (tehe).

This stuff is really beautiful and subtle. Just a slight highlighter. Not overpowering at all, and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

Quick Take: too subtle, expensive
this is way to subtle, it barely shows up when you first apply it and after two hours of wear it was completely unnoticeable. It says to apply underneath your makeup but if you wear foundation with medium to full coverage it completely covers it and you can't see it at all. I tried putting it over my makeup hoping it would show up better but found that it didn't show up either once I set everything with my setting powder. Complete waste of money, returned it after a week. Sun beam and high beam would be a better bet.

I don't think it's worth the money. I used a giftcard. But I think you can get a better highlighter. Dries fast, not blendable

Too expensive
-12.17.12
Quick Take: soft shimmer, sheer coverage, expensive, subtle
While Moon Beam is definitely pretty, it's basically iridescent pink shimmer in a sheer base (not a "golden sheen," though the base is yellow-toned). It imparts a nice sheen, but for $26, you're better off putting a shiny eyeshadow on your face.

What can I say that everyone hasn't?
This one is definitely a must have in my collection.
It does exactly what it says it does.
