Quick Take: non-drying, lightweight
it goes on smoothly and easily but it does not stay on. after applying the concealing pencil, if i try to put make up over it, the pencil comes off

Great concealer pencil

I bought this pencil to use mainly on my water line. After swatching the colors I noticed how peach/salmon colored the beige end was and tried it on my under eyes and it was amazing at covering the blue undertones without being heavy. It works great under or on top of my foundation.

I have tons of sun damage from a lifetime in Florida. This pencil/crayon helps conceal the little discolorations and lines that soooo age one. Takes 10 yrs. off my face when I use it properly!

MUFE'S Concealer Pencil in Ivory/Beige is what I've been using as a reverse lip liner. I use it directly under my lip to give my lips a stronger lip line. On part of my lower lip, my lip color fades out a little, leaving my lip looking a little bit irregular. Using the pencil, I can better define the area, and then use lip color inside the line. I don't really like strong lip colors, so a lip liner isn't as good an option for me as is this Concealer Pencil. I've tried various brands, and this one is excellent. The line stays in place even when I drink hot beverages. With most other brands, the liner rubs off pretty quickly. MUFE"s pencil has been reliable.

I was not impressed at all with this concealer. Granted, I have problem skin, very oily and prone to breakouts. This did not conceal anything, and was very dry going on. I sent it back. Will try different ones till I find one that works for me.

I love this! Perfect for hiding those blemishes without getting crazy on the cover, and for outlining the lips so you do not get feathering. Good size pencil that should last quite a while. Good value!

This is my 1st MUFE product and I can see why it always gets great reviews. Concealer covers, looks natural, easy to use. Doesn't cake or settle in lines, etc. Use the other end as highlighter for usual places..great in inner corners of eyes. Love it!

I liked the idea of this pencil - bought it because of my Allure magazine endorsement - my skin has been very dry - so on some spots it made the blemish look worse. But for the most part it does what it says - especially covering up late in the day makeup mishaps. I recommend it!

I have combination skin and was very excited to use this on small age spots. In my mirror, it seemed to conceal nicely, however, in the daylight, it was very chalky and looked horrible. I have older skin so I wouldn't hesitate to try this if you are young.

I buy this all the time. Perfect for my medium complexion's little imperfections and the lighter side is perfect for lightening the eye area. When the pencil gets small = great for traveling! Don't want to live without it.

OK substitute for my old Magic Stick

I bought this product because I can no longer get The Magic Stick from Prescriptives. I have a reddish line around my lips that I like to cover to give a cleaner lip line. This works well to do that. The only complaint I have is that it is a little dryer than The Magic Stick which makes it a little harder to blend. What I do like about it is that you get two shades so you can better match your skin tone. I have fair/light skin, but the light end is a little to light. I can blend the two shades in this pencil to get the perfect match. Still miss my Magic Stick, but this works.

It's hard to find a concealer that matches the skintone perfectly but this one works for me. The two shades really help so I can make it a bit lighter or darker. I've had it for several months now and it seems like it'll last me a few years. I've only been using it for small spots around my face (to hide small acne scars and a bigger darker scar from an accident on my face) and it's working out great for me.

I don't have good skin and this pencil has done wonders for me. The darker shade covers red blotches, crows feet and stays put. Other concealers blend away and don't cover well. The lighter side is great for lightening the total eye especially the inside corner. The trick is to use light, feathery strokes. I don't leave home without using it first.
