beautiful, but takes some thought- 03.17.10
Quick Take: natural looking, fresh pretty color
I tried the original red years ago, but it was much too streaky and bright on my pale skin. I received the lighter Posietint as a member gift and LOVE IT! The color is so fresh and pretty, but only if I apply it immediately after moisturizer; otherwise, it doesn't slip around properly and I end up with colored circles like a doll. I apply my Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer on top, or use just a little powder. It even works great on my lips topped with Burt's Bees balm. (The orginal red settled into lines and looked gross.)

I love this product! It gives a very subtle rosy color on your lips with one application. After it dries I apply chapstick and it gives me a very natural look with the perfect hint of color for my lips.

benetint is the best blush ever!!!!!!!! it is so easy to apply and is so natural.
This stain blends easily and is a nice, rosy, just-in-from-the-cold shade. I'm extremely fair with blond hair and green eyes and this shade is natural looking on me, only better. Sometimes I layer a little powder blush for shimmer/depth. I've had my bottle for a couple years now and am just thinking about replacing it - so keep that in mind when looking at the price tag.

Quick Take: drying
I love Benefit products but I just don't like this tint. I think it's hard to blend on the cheeks and when I use it as a lip tint my lips feel dry. Clearly, a lot of people love it and this product started it for Benefit but I wouldn't buy again.

Amazing!- 03.13.10
Quick Take: natural looking, great dual use for cheeks and lips, versatile
This is my pick for the one beauty item on a desert island. I have used this for years now. It goes on cheeks and lips daily. I use it alone for going to the gym, sporting a glowy look even before I hit the stepper. And over light foundation, it gives a great naturally blushed look for cheeks and pink pucker for lips.

Love this product. If you don't like the brush on this one I buy the Benetint Pocket Pal, then refill with the regular. The brush on the Pocket Pal is thicker and really nice!

I got Benetint in the 4 minute makerover pack. I found it hard to use. Another reviewer mentioned that the brush is very ticklish on the lips and I felt that too. On my checks it is so 'natural' as to almost disappear and I had to reapply it to get more color. Once on, it is does give a nice blush.

A small bottle of this stuff came with the "Celebutante" kit and I will definitely be buying the full sized bottle when I run out. It's easy to apply, blends in quickly and lasts all day...and night. It gives my cheeks a natural, rosy flushed look. It doesn't look like the typical blush full of tiny sparkles....it looks like real, delicately flushed skin! I'm not so crazy about it on my lips though, but still very well worth the price as a cheek colour.

Takes some getting used to, but I like it!- 03.09.10
Quick Take: natural looking
The applicator is a tiny brush which just tickles my lips like crazy. It takes some getting used to putting on--too little and nothing happens; too much and I look like I've been sucking on a cherry popsicle.
I use it first thing on my lips and let it dry/set. Then I put over it either a clear gloss, lip balm, or my Clinique Almost Lipstick Black Honey. Any of these three methods make it last extra long, even through a light meal! Very natural with something clear on top, and a deeper color with something darker.
You definitely need to put something moisturizing on top, though. Otherwise it's quite dry.
I wish they'd put a different applicator. Maybe a pointed spongey type thing, like with Lancome's glosses.
benetint has been a staple in my beauty bag for nearly five years; i've since tried other cheek/lip stains and various blushes, but nothing compares to the bright yet sheer wash of color obtained with benetint. tinted moisturizer, benetint and mascara is all you need to look pulled together on casual friday, while benetint layered under foundation and over (yes over) golden bronzer gives a great PM/weekend look. i would highly recommend this product to anyone.

i got benetint acouple months ago,and always keep it in my purse its a must have and a all around great color for anyone. And just the other day a bought the best sellers to go kit for $10 bucks and that had the other color in it and its also a very natural flattering color. stays on about 4hrs. which is why i gave it 4 wonderful stars!!!!

It works and smells nice- 03.07.10
Quick Take: natural looking, simple
Some people say it streaks, but you have apply it properly. I would take the brush and rub it on my fingers and lightly rub my cheeks or bursh the area on my cheeks and quickly, lightly rub it in a circular motion. I face is naturally it's own blush, but when it's pretty cold I don't have any to show, so this benetint is perfect.
I don't have to worry about rubbing any blush powder off because this tint is liquid. Making my cheeks still kissable :)
