Quick Take: hydrating, absorbs quickly
The longer I use this product, the better my skin gets. Switching to Murad products has given me the clearest skin of my life. It moisturizes but doesn't feel greasy at all. Soaks in quickly, protects from the sun, and is just amazing.This also doesn't make my makeup come off or smear as some other eye creams do.

I love how lightweight this product is, absorbs pretty quickly into the skin and offers sun protection. My dark circles have definitley improved since starting using this product.

I've used this eye cream for years and will continue to use it. My eyes are very sensitive to creams and lotions in general, and this is the only product that I have tried that does not irritate my eyes. I highly recommend it!

I've only been using this for about a month but I love it. I have sensitive, acne prone skin so I only use it once a day. It is a bit heavier than my hydrator, but its still not that heavy. I hope that makes sense. I've noticed a big improvement around my eyes, especially my laugh lines. It really lightens up my eyes both on the brow and under.

I have been a little suspicious with face/eye cream products containing SPF, yet needed one living in the area with long, sunny summer. This cream absorbs fast, and does not leave the skin greasy, works well under the eye make-up, and is scented pleasantly. Be careful to not to get it in your eye, it burns for a long time! The design of the bottle is not ideal. After each use there's some cream at the mouth of the dispenser, which dries there creating a block. The next time you use it you have to throw the block away, thus wasting the product every time you use it. I might order this again.

I have been using this now for about 3 months. The first time I put it on I thought it was great because it was non oily, absorbed good, moisturized and it was a great eye primer to wear makeup over and I loved that it already had spf in it. It made my makeup go on smoothly no caking in eye wrinkles. As for the brightening maybe I expect miracles but I havent seen any brightening. I do have some slight discoloration (sun spots) in the eye area that have not gone away since using this. I love the pump it easier to use but don't like that sometimes some of the eye cream that stays in the pump tip dries out and wastes product. Will not buy again, still in search of a great eye cream.

It sounded like it would be an awesome eye cream but stings my eylansing bad and makes them water like crazy. First time I put it on it was really late at night 3 a.m. to be more specific so I put the blame on my staying up too late maybe I didn't realize till I was in bed how tired my eyes were. So I gave it the benefit of the doubt...the next time I decided to give it a try again it was daytime before I put on my makeup I dabbed some of this eye cream again 30 mins later my eyes were stinging and getting watery again that my non-waterproof mascara had smudged.
So disappointed considering how much they charge for this.

I received a sample of this with one of my Sephora purchases. I don't have any wrinkles-yet, but I do have very dark circles. My sample lasted me about a week and in that week I saw a big difference in the darkness under my eyes. The cream is white, thick and you only need a tiny bit. It absorbs quickly and doesn't roll off when I apply makeup. I really like this eye cream- it has vitamin c and SPF.

I am desperately in love with Fresh's Creme Ancienne eye cream, but I had a sample of this and gave it a try on vacation. I immediately ordered the full size. I will still use my beloved FCA at night, but Murad Essential-C is my new daytime product. Vitamin C is sooooo good for your skin and I love the bonus of SPF. This eye cream feels velvety and performs well under makeup. It hydrates, but is not very rich, which is fine for the day. I still have my decadent FCA at night ;)

good cream, bad bottle

I like this eye cream. It's moisturizing, none greasy and best yet has SPF. This packaging is a failure though. I will have half of the eye cream left and the pump would not get any out already. I have to unscrew the lid every time and use a hair pin to scoop out the cream and some would remain trapped at the inner corner of the bottle and would never get used still.
I wish it can come in a simple open jar form so that it's easy to use and nothing is wasted
