Quick Take: volumizing, lengthening
If your a primer kind of girl... you should defiantly try it! I liked it a lot. It really does add extra volume and it lengthens your eyelashes. (I use my with hypnose mascara) the only thing is... the price!

Quick Take: volumizing
I won't recommend this for people with lashes that are not sparse. It is clumpy and makes the lashes stick together. And it made my eyes look "goobery" even after I applied black mascara over it.

Quick Take: volumizing
When I first bought this product, I wasn't very impressed. It seemed to make my lashes clumpy and shorter... I gave it another shot a few months later (after accidentally chopping off some lashes while trimming my bangs), and maybe my lashes being shorter helped this product do it's job, I love it now that I have half the lashes I was born with. Great for lashes that are short; not great for lashes that already have plenty of length.

Ok, to start off, I really like this product, however, if you have a great mascara, I dont think you would need to use this. Putting an extra coat of your mascara will do the job. I usually use this every time I put my Lancome Definicils mascara, as it helps give more volume. But in terms of length, it doesnt really give much length, your mascara can do the job.

Best eyelast primer!- 11.17.09

I've used just about every eyelash primer imaginable since i have very miniscule eyelashes. this is the only primer that has worked tremendously well. i dont even have to use my shu uemura curler sometimes (unless i want my lashes to be really curly) because it automatically curls my lashes. and i only use one coat of mascara and voila, my lashes are amazing!

Not worth the money....- 11.12.09
I tried this mascara base after reading all of the reviews...not worth the money nor the time of an extra makeup step. In my opinion applying one more coat of mascara does the same exact job. I also found that by applying this first, your lashes get stiff and crusty - making it difficult for the mascara to stick to.

Quick Take: lengthening
This is a nice base, but not amazing. I have very long lashes, but they are relatively thin. I felt like this mostly added length and not thickness. Also, it was a hassle to add another step to my makeup routine that didn't make much of a difference. But if you're lashes are short it may be worth it.

I have been using the Cils Booster for a few years now and really love it. It really spoils you, and cuts down on your mascara application time. It volumizes your lashes, and reduces the amount of mascara you go through. The only bad thing about it, and this is to be expected, is toward the end of the bottle it gets a little chunky. I would definitely recommend this booster, and would not want to go without it!
