GivenchySubli'mine Fluid Foundation
This is the first foundation that adjusts
intelligently to ambient light, for lasting,
natural-looking, radiant color. It has a perfect
affinity with the skin thanks to an exclusive technology
developed by the Givenchy laboratories. This foundation
constantly adjusts to the light around you, for a
glowing, all-day radiance. Subli'Mine's
oil-free formula contains esters, polyols, and glycerin
for moisture and hydration, and SPF 20 for sun
protection. PhotoExpert pigments react to changes in the
light, allowing the constant rebalancing of the
complexion: indoors, they allow the color to remain
identical to the shade used for a perfectly even,
natural looking result and outdoors, they slightly
enhance the complexion's color so that it
won't look too pale in more intense light.
The is very light weight but has great coverage. I have somewhat oily skin and this is perfect. It covers those "sun spots" better than most and it has no greasy feel. Blends well. It does fade away slightly as the day goes, but so do many foundations. I will buy this again.

Quick Take: moisturizing, great coverage, stays on
this is the ONLY foundation i will use ever... i started using it about a year ago, and even though it is a little more expensive than most, it is so worth it because i always have great coverage and it feels really light and amazing. it definetally doesnt give a matte finish, if thats what you go for, its very natural looking. i also love that its spf20, and i dont have to worry about putting a sunscreen on also.

Quick Take: moisturizing
this is a nice foundation for someone with real normal skin type or slightly dry, a little oily for me. feels great for a founddation though. great colors to choose from as well. have always worn a powder and was looking to change to a liquid for a more dewy appearance but a little bit to oily skin maybe.

I absolutely love this foundation, I do have dry skin so it makes my skin look fresh and dewy. It goes on with ease and has pretty nice coverage. I am not sure how this would be if skin was oily.

I love this foundation. Of a lot of foundations tha I used, this is the best one. It makes your skin look so smooth and even, it hides all the uneven areas, dark spots. Everything, that is written in a description is true. Also you don't even feel that you are wearing a foundation. I can not say anything bad about it.

Best foundation ever- 03.19.09

I used Givenchy products before coming to America from Paris, France. I tried all and everything and found some very good makeup here, but really I'm so happy I can find Givenchy now! Best make up line ever, and the foundation makes me look fresh and young. I love it!

This is a very nice makeup with coverage ranging between a tinted moisturizer and regular foundation depending on application. Evens tone, minimizes lines and the color, I picked Macademia, was perfect for my fair skin. Only 4 stars because there's 20% less product in the bottle than other similar brands.

Not for oily skin...- 12.22.08
Givenchy's Subli'mine Fluid Foundation feels very nice on my skin...very soft and lightweight. However, even though this foundation is oil-free, it didn't perform well on my oily skin. Within an hour of application the oil started to break through very badly. I really wish I could use this because the texture is so nice and the finish was natural-looking (until the oil started to flow). I think this would be better suited for someone with normal to dry skin.

Great for mature/dry skin- 10.27.08
My skin is not dry, but it is mature (sigh!). This fdt literally glides on, and gives a nice, soft look. If you have oily skin, you might want to set it w/powder (I always do). But all in all, it's a very good fdt. I recommend it.
