Smashbox green color correcting foundation primer

Very smooth texture, it slides perfectly over the skin. I bought it to decrease the red blemishes of my skin, they don't disappear completely with this product, but they are diminished very much to the point of looking pink.
I've tried different green correctors and I can say this one works very good!

I spent $17 on this hoping it would tone down the redness in my cheeks and nose. It did leave my skin smooth and ready for foundation, but it had NO effect on the redness. I was quite disappointed.

Quick Take: exceeds expectations!
This product is a Primer and a wear alone product. I found the color correcting in green to seem counterintuitive but the redness all gone! So I am a Smashbox Color correcting primer green person now. It smoothes one's skin, minimizes pores to invisible and without make up one can leave the house radiant and dewy. I love this stuff just wish it had the anti aging and SPF too, but I am grateful for all that it does offer. Try it once, be careful, you will be back for the regular size. Ask for input there are different colors for different issues, redness, clear, etc. If you do wear foundation, it glides, I mean glides right on!

Quick Take: perfection, excellent for sensitive skin
As I have aged, now 40, I have uneven skin tone and considerable redness. To complicate things I have oily skin with small pores and am prone to acne or redness as a reaction to most products. This is gentle and effective prodict that I feel comfortable and confident using daily - THANK YOU!

It's a pretty decent primer. I've used their other primer, the one with SPF, and I can't seem to tell the difference between that one and this one. I do have a pink spot on my cheek which is why I chose this primer because its described as color correcting, but honestly I cant seem to tell if it really works.

I have super oily skin and have never found anything to completely combat my problem. I ordered the color blend version (apricot) and I think it helps a small bit to control the oil, but doesn't take care of my problem completely. Unfortunately, with my skin I will take any help I can get but I'm still looking for the perfect oil absorbing product.

Not for redness -- maybe "pinkness"

Smashbox primer makes your skin look and feel wonderful so I had to try this primer to help cover redness from moderate rosecea. The green tint doesn't do a thing for redness but it might be OK if you are trying to cover a little pinkness.

I love the velvety softness and mini coverage this product gives. It almost feels like a silicone finish! Sometimes I feel like I must let it dry slightly before applying foundation cause it is so baby cheek smooth. Not oily or greasy though. Love it!

I purchased the color-correcting primer in green to even out redness. I'm pleased with my purchase and have found that it works best when you apply by tapping problem areas instead of swiping. I'll qualify by this by saying that the foundation I use has light coverage; I don't know how the primer would work with a foundation with medium to heavy coverage.

Really love the smooth finish this primer gives you. I tried the green based one to even out reddish skin tones and it doesn't tint it too green, just enough to even out. I will definately keep using this product.
