Doesn't stay on 24/7- 03.21.10
In search of a liner that won't smudge as the day wears on. I tend to have oilier lids. Used this for the top only & it still smudged on my bottom corners which bugs me. It is waterproof too so a little hard to take off with makeup remover. Still residue so cleanser doesn't do the trick. Still has smudge ring on the bottom. Returned it. May try another color. Borbon was pretty but needed to be a tad darker since black is too dark.

Quick Take: smudgable
I have the Stash and it's a gorgeous color and easy to apply, but it certainly doesn't stay on for 24 hours. Maybe 4 on a normal workday. I have oily eyelids though.

I have very small folds in my eye, so a lot of pencil liner smudge. This one is pretty good. It stays on pretty well if set properly, and it works on the waterline. Do need to be reapplied after about half a day of wear if used on the waterline though.

I expect more if I pay more, and this eyeliner did not live up to the expectations or price tag. Smudges very easily. I would compare its quality to many cheap eyeliners. Very disappointed. Their tattoo eyeliner is much better.

I have sensitive eyes that are constantly watery. Eyeliner always smudges like crazy on me and irritates my eyes. But Urban Decay's 24/7 Eye Pencil stayed put ALL day. I wore it for almost 12 hours and not a smudge! I immediately went out and bought another color the next day. Another great thing about these liners is that they don't set immediately - you have a minute or two to smudge them a bit if you like. Also, the color selection is great. Lots of fun ones to choose from. I am officially addicted!!

Long lasting, goes on smooth, and its waterproof! I have several of these colors and it looks great contrasting with black eyeliner. I like putting black eyeliner on top and contrast with the electric blue or purple liner on the bottom lash line. :)

I have been a NARS user for about five years but recently tried the Urban Decay Eye Pencil. It is fabulous. There are many colors to choose from, so it pairs well with eyeshadows or alone. It has staying power and glides on like satin. This will definitely be a makeup staple in my bag.

One Of My Favs!- 03.20.10

24/7 eye liners are one of my favorite liners. They have a great range of shades, the pencil glides on very smoothly, and stays put all day/night! My only small complaint, is that it seems like I have to keep drawing over the line several times to really get the true color of the pencil, but eventually I'm able to achieve what I want from it! Overall I really like this liner!
