SEPHORA COLLECTION Light Touch Highlighter

What it is:A light, creamy, concealer-like highlighting pen. What it does:With just a swipe of the pen, Light Touch Highlighter brightens and lifts to banish dark spots, shadows, and dark circles, creating a sheer luminosity that refreshes the contours of the face. What else you need to know:To use, simply twist the end of the pen until a drop of product appears on the tip of the brush. Apply to the areas you want to brighten and blend well.

Pretty Good
-12.31.11
Quick Take: lightweight
I bought this extremely cheap, $3. Although it says it covers, I don't use it for that. I feel it works better lightly swept on cheekbones and nose for a bright and dewey look. I also use it in the corners of my eyes and a few dabs over my under-eye concealer when I look tired. Overall, a good buy! I'd purchase again.

You Get What You Pay For
-10.13.11
Quick Take: lightweight
I bought this on sale, I think $5 or less. It takes a million "clicks" to get it out and its more sheer than anything. Definitely NOT full coverage as I thought and it seems to just fade through out the day.

Surprising!
-10.12.11
Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying
I had been using a much more pricey highlighter by Yves St Laurent and got the Sephora one during one of the sales. This rivals the expensive one-nice color, lasts all day-a very good product. I'll be saving $$ and getting the results I want thanks to the Sephora brand!

ok

Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying
It works pretty good for light concealer, but it doesn't come out evenly. Sometimes it comes out right, and sometimes it seems empty.

This is kind of fabulous. I got a tone that was a little bit too dark, but I'm still using it because the difference between my under-eye circles with and without the highlighter is huge. It stays all day and I will definitely be repurchasing.

Not impressed
-09.19.11
Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying
Although the product description is accurate, what it fails to tell you is that the twist and click applicator is completely faulty. You end up getting nothing or way too much. I know it is only $3, but the low price does not make up for the fact that you will throw this away out of sheer frustration.

Mehhhhh....
-09.13.11
Quick Take: lightweight
The product description said that this was a concealer too, and thats what I originally bought it for, but I guess it isnt. Anyway the pen is so bad it doesnt work when you try to make the highlighter/concealer come out and it is just bad makeup in general, Don't waste your money on this...

Perfect
-09.02.11
Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying
I have very dark hereditary circles under my eyes and no thick concealer can do for me what a highlighter can. Having said that, this is the best one I've tried. It's not thick and obvious once blended and the price is reasonable too, unlike other overpriced ones.

Lightwaight, good color
-08.31.11
Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying
This product was decent. It was very lightwieght and the color was nice however it did not come out very easily. You must twist the top to get the product to flow. After twisting about 10 times (one at a time to see if anything was coming out) and getting nothing I put the cap on and left it on the sink while I got dressed. Upon my return I removed the cap and the brush was overloaded with product. Same thing happened the next morning so I stored it brush side down to see if gravity would help. It did a little. Love the product, not impressed with the functionality of the packaging.

Quick Take: lightweight, watery see thru
It is not concealing at all. I found it to be watery. I have to apply in layers. In this case, you get what you pay for. I have bought higher end brands and have been more satisfied. Sorry Sephora.

Does the job for a great price
-08.28.11
Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying
I usually expect a concealer to be thicker, but this formula is so brightening, it doesn't need to be. It works great under eyes and on the sides of the nose around the eyes. I've not tried the pricier version of this by the designer, but I suspect it can't get too much better.

Light Touch Highlighter
-08.28.11
Quick Take: lightweight, smooth
I bought this on clearence just to try it. Wasnt expecting much but it actually works very well eliminating undereye circles and even piming eyelids. My main complaint is that the aplicator twist so that the product comes out and this doesnt always happen quicky. You have to click it 10 times or so for the product to come out and when it does, it comes out on one side of the aplicatior brush. But once the product comes out it does what its supposed to do very well. The product is also very thin and so it never creases in eye wrinkles and matches skin tone very well.

It seemed to work well, coverage wise, but it was empty after one use. . . very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

empty product
-08.27.11
I tried this product the first day I receive it. It just goes on my skin without any coverage or lift. I tried to use this product the next day, and I could not get any product. So I just spent my money for an empty product :(

Nice product
-08.26.11
Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying
Similar to the YSL version. Light concealer, subtle highlighting. Great for under eye because it doesn't get cakey or settle into fine lines. Color is a great match for my light skin.

I have used this product before and i really do like the actual product however both times i have gotten it i have trouble getting the product out of the pen! i twist click the pen a million times and after 20 minutes maybe a drop will come out...but when it finally does it works wonders....since its only $3 id say its worth it
