I received 'LOVE IT" from Lancome counter as a GWP and LOVE IT says it all. While my new Fav is Rough in Love, the Color Design is an excellent product. This color is a great every day where, pretty neutral on my lips

Nice colors and feels nice to wear. I purchased the New Pink color and it's a mauvey, dusty rose shade. The picture color swatch is a bit deceiving. Beautiful color though :) I purchased this in the store, which is how I noticed the color on the website isn't exactly what it looks like in real life.

I have rather full lips so lipsticks are a very hard item for me to use. Generally, I end up looking like clown. However, I just love the bright lipstick look and REALLY wanted to try it. So I went ahead and went for Red Haute, expecting a complete failure, but somehow the texture of this lipstick actually made my lips look absolutely fantastic and not grotesquely large! It also didn't dry out my lips, which is something I find happens a lot with other brands.
Unfortunately, I lost it at my work holiday party :( am waiting to justify buying a new one!!

Love the matte shades

I got this Lancome lipstick in Love It!, which is a creamy matte plummy pink color and I love it! I don't have a color like this in my lipstick collection and I just love that this plummy pink shade is putting me in the mood for spring. It's smooth, the color is sheer and buildable, so I usually put two swipes on and I'm good for awhile. The packaging is simple and chic and I will definitely be buying more Lancome lipsticks.

I received a lux sample of Natural Beauty in a gift with purchase at the Bay and OMG. This lipstick is AAAAAAAAAAMAZING!!! The only lipstick I have ever used that doesn't dry out my lips. Super creamy. Fantastic lasting power. Natural Beauty is an awesome beige nude on my very pigmented lips and works awesome with any pink or coral lipgloss on top. I actually have 2 of the lux sample now and the moment I run out, I will buy a full size. I may even try the coral or pink shades too! Love this <3333

I cannot find where I have the option to pick a cream, a sheen, a shimmer, or a metallic. Is it me? I thought the color Red Haute would be in the blue family, but is actually an orange red. SEPHORA, CAN YOU HELP US MAKE COLOR DECISIONS LIKE YSL'S PRODUCTS? It could possibly reduce your returns..

One of my Favorite Lipsticks!!!

I really adore this lipstick! I have it in Pale Lip (which is my favorite shade and the perfect light nude with just a hint of pale pink, great to wear with smokey eyes!) It Girl (a shimmery peachy pink) and Poodle Skirt (a bright shimmery pink). This lipstick is so creamy and moisturizing plus it has pretty good lasting power! I would be lost if they ever discontinued Pale LIp, it really is amazing! I have come back to this time and time again and have gone through a few tubes of it since my discovery of it about 2 years ago. Pale Lip just really goes with my skintone and hair color (I'm light blonde) and I recieve so many compliments on it! This stuff is worth every penny!

I have the lipstick in the color Natural Beauty. It's a great natural color that's true to its name. A pinky, brownish nude that is like a more pigmented version of my real lip color. It's a cream finish and feels creamy when applying. It lasts really well also! I usually have to swipe my lips three times at least if I want to remove it.

I have several of these. I have fair (porcelains), cool toned Asian skin an the colors are so flattering. Ive tried many lipsticks but Lancôme lipstick is always consistent with their texture and quality. My favorites are vintage rose and love it! Both colors gives natural my lip but better look. I have conservative and professional job. I wear vintage rose for my work. It is understated and classy. I can see it being universally flattering for most light to medium skin tones.I wear love it casual settings. Very cute. Highly recommended.

I have tried several of Lancome lipsticks. For this particular one, I have the shades 'pale lip' and 'vintage rose'. I like them both, they are creamy and leave your lips smooth. They are gorgeous colors and I would recommend them, though they are not as long-lasting as the matte versions of the Lancome Color Design lipsticks.

This lipstick from Lancôme is one of my faves it is creamy, long lasting and has a wonderful selection of shades.
My favorite color is Love it! It is a beautiful pink color that is not too overpowering for my pale skin. It looks lovely in photos as well.
I have pale lip which is the perfect color for using with a smoky eye at night time.
I highly recommend this!

Got this in Love It! and I wear it several times a week, it's one of my favorites. It's a cute and appropriate work color, and the texture is outstanding. Any reapplication goes on as smooth as the first. doesn't dry my lips out and lasts quite a while even with my drinking out of a travel mug all day.

Quick Take: highly pigmented, striking, smooth, comfortable
I feel like this is how lipstick is supposed to be. It's really nicely pigmented and delivers a lot of color (I got it in Corset). It's not really a long wearing lipstick, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount that lasted through a meal the first time I wore it. I wouldn't call it moisturizing--this is a lipstick, not a lip balm after all--but it doesn't dry out or crack or flake, so I say this is a great bet.

I am in love with other Lancome products, but the Color Design Sensational Effects Lipcolor is not a standout. The colors are pretty, but the formula is not very creamy. The colors that have shimmer feel a bit gritty. The formula does not last particularly long. I can find something cheaper for this same quality, so I won't waste my money on these lipsticks.

For years I searched for lipstick that did not change color upon application. This does not. All the Lancome are terrific. The color Groupie is my favorite. It looks stunning with my silver hair ! And, once applied , it stays in place well. Love this lipstick !
