My boyfriend's father bought him a bottle before and it emptied. I love the scent on him so I bought him another bottle, he also approves of the smell =)
It's not too strong and its a very soft scent, not too musky and not too fruity either. It is indeed an Essential scent =P

Quick Take: masculine
I cannot believe how great this smells! I'm obsessed with it, I wish my hubby wore cologne because I would have him wear it every day. I work in fragrances and there are a million different types of male fragrances and this is my "go-to" male fragrance that I recommend to people every time they are looking for a new cologne. I can't say enough positive things about this cologne....

I couldn't decide between GIO and this one. I ended up buying both of them. Not too sure how it will smell on him but I LOVE both of the smells. This does kind of changes different smells a bit as it releases slowing but it still smells AWESOME through the different stages.
