This is hands down the best foundation I've ever tried!! It's medium to full coverage, and even with the tiniest amount, makes your skin look flawless. Most fuller coverage foundations I've tried in the past have made me look cakey, while this one leaves a satin finish and looks very natural. This product also has a EXTREMELY workable texture, almost like a mousse, and even with fingers, glides on my skin. This (in my opinion) is the best fuller coverage foundation on the market, and is extremely buildable, not to mention it also works well with my oily acne prone skin. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.

This foundation looks like skin. The foundation is creamy and goes on like a dream. It has the appropriate amount of thickness where the foundation wears off evenly. It lasts 6-8 hours on a working day and gives a dewy finish. Knocked off a star because it isn't a full-coverage foundation and how expensive it is. I love it but it's not my holy grail foundation. I have combination Asian skin and it can get pretty oily at the end of the day. I would give it 5 stars if it lasted longer and if it wasn't so dewy. I love the effect but a foundation should be able to perform without a setting powder, especially for $43.

I use this under my eyes before I put on my foundation. I have tried so many concealers and this works the best for me. It never creases and really does help to cover dark circles.

I love, love, love this foundation when I first put it on. The finish is absolutely flawless and my skin looks almost perfect. And I've even bought it a few times. But I've started to notice that, after about an hour, my skin starts to look really cakey. While this foundation feels really amazing on your skin, it does settle into pores and lines- a LOT. It also seems to oxidize a little bit.
To be fair, I have fairly large pores and some acne scarring (ice pick scars). If you have either of those things, this definitely isn't for you.

This foundation is great for my combination-dry skin. Does not ride into lines, and it is smooth and bendable, nice medium coverage yet natural looking.
I wear Medium Ivory, which is a true yellow based shade. Be careful blending this one (start blending inside to outside, or you will look like you are wearing a mask). I am also using Cream Ivory as a highlighter (so I contour and highlight my face by using this two shades, beautiful)

I am very happy with this foundation, and if you are thinking of buying it make sure that you pick the right shade, many people claim it makes them look dull, I think it is because people dont get their undertone right)
NOTE:I am NC20 and I lots of people suggested I pick Beige Ivory, but this color is very neutral! I read many comments claiming Beige Ivory was good for yellow undertones, but if you have true solid yellow undertones, I suggest you stay away from Beige Ivory! It makes the skin look very dull. Medium Ivory is a solid yellow undertone shade for those who are medium complexion, and Cream Ivory is a solid yellow based shade for light complexion (if you are in between you can try mixing this two :) )

This foundation is amazing! I love how its highly pigmented so I don't have to use to much product on my face for day-to-day wear. If I need a little bit more coverage, I just add more to the problem areas. Then I just add some powder, and I'm good to go!

After years of drug store makeup, I decided to take the leap to quality foundations - and I will never go back.
The Laura Mercier Silk Creme is everything that I ever wanted... it provides even full coverage, it dries with a glow (not oily), you can layer on it with powder without it looking cakey, and it will last all day with very little touch up. The colors match and blend very well with my skin tone, too.
Note: You must let the foundation set for about 5 minutes before you apply any powder or blush, etc... otherwise it gets a little streaky and it doesn't sit as well. So just apply, and start your eye makeup.
The only downside: it is pricey... and as a college student, my funds are limited. So, just know going in - once you buy this foundation, you won't ever want to go back to anything else. $$$

this product is truly amazing. it is sooo silky and blends so well with full coverage. skin is glowy, flawless, lightweight, and natural and last all day long! Looks like skin. I absolutely love it. I always used Bobbi Brown, but when I tried this, it became my new favorite foundation.

This is my new ultimate foundation. I have dry skin and foundations tend to break down on me. I have had 3 samples of this because my skin also reacts badly to many products. This just took over my urban decay naked foundation as my favorite.

This product was a lifesaver when I was going through my acne treatment. My skin was extremely dry and unruly. It covered the red spots quite well, better than any other foundation I own and sat well on top of my heavy moisturizer at the time without a primer. It is important to control the amount applied, for it can look cakey upon applying too much by mistake. Other than that, it provides great coverage and does not feel too heavy on the skin. It may be too much for an average day to day make-up, however.

I really wanted to love this foundation. I have very dry skin and was looking for something with good coverage. This just wasn't right on me. I just couldn't find the right color and no matter what I did, it just seemed to cake up on my face.

I am always on the hunt for a good foundation. Heard about this one so I decided to give it a try and WOW! I absolutely love this foundation. I have acne prone skin and this covers my problem areas beautifully and lasts all day! A small amount is all you need to achieve a flawless finish. This will be a product I will repurchase!

I tried this foundation & I was worried that it wouldn't work for me because I do have oily skin. Man was I dead wrong!!!!!! This foundation works amazing with my skin and due to hormones I do have a bit of acne prone skin & this covered everything and looked beautifully on my skin... I used it for about a week straight and I photographed with it then went back to using another foundation that I wanted to use up and even in photographs I could see the difference. It just sits on the skin so nicely and really does make you look flawless with looking heavy or cakey or thick... It just looks like skin! I am moving to Alaska so because I loved it so much I went ahead & purchased a back up just because I am scared to run out! Love love love! Thank you LM

Beautiful. Nice coverage. Did NOT break me out. I have ridiculously sensitive skin. Only complaint is is couldn't find a great color match and it the lasting power wasn't the longest (6hours maybe, very good. Considering I am extremely oily)

This is suppose to be a full coverage foundation but it was more of a light to medium buildable coverage for me. I've definitely gotten better coverage from several other foundations. I got it in cream ivory but it oxidized pretty easily and turned orange =/. It was super creamy though and went smoothly over my skin. Just wish it was more coverage and didn't oxidize.
