The vegetable-based alternative to petroleum jelly, this light moisturizer is petroleum and mineral oil-free. SO MUCH BETTER THAN PETROLEUM JELLY..GOOD FOR ALL - 03.08.10

This is such a great alternative to petroleum jelly, and not only because it's unscented. What I really like about it is that it doesn't have the residual greasy heaviness that can be found with petroleum jellies. This does everything petroleum jellies do and more and it does it way better.

I won't waste your time reiterating what the description tells us its uses are, but I will add that it also works extremely as an intensive overnight moisturizer. You can coat either hands or feet with this, put them in a plastic bag (don't do this around children because of the plastic bag), put socks over your feet or hands, and go to sleep. When you wake up, even the most dried out skin will be almost like new. Seriously. It's great on blisters, too. Last year we were on a trip and walked in hundred degree weather for over 14 hours straight. I didn't think I'd ever stand again, my feet felt so raw. I did the plastic bag trick, and by morning, although I wasn't wishing to do it again, my feet were actually ready to go.

This is really wonderful and so good for everyone's skin.

Unscented Body Jelly for cancer patients - 02.28.10

Quick Take: skin-softening

This is the best item to buy if you are going through chemo or radiation. Some products that claim to be unscented still has a slight scent. This has absolutely none! The chemo patients since of smell are heightened. Our skins also tend to dry out. This product is perfect. I have used it while undergoing treatment and am very satisfied. I am a hard person to please. This is a keeper!

Quick Take: moisturizing, healing, easily absorbed

Not even comparable to vaseline...this jelly works wonders on exzema skin, dry hands, irritations, decollete cream...everything my family needs it to do.
I love knowing that it is completely healthy and compatible with my skin, jojoba oil is perfectly absorbed and beeswax creates a barrier.

This is going to become a staple on my shelf.

Works better with a moisturizer - 01.29.10

I started using this product before Christmas, and wanted to give myself some time using it before I sumitted a review. Few things about this product: It is quite greasy when applying, but the greasy feel doesn't last very long. There is a mild smell, which does dissolve pretty quickly. This product doesn't seem to work as well by itself. It's greasy, so it will cover up dryness, but there is nothing to penetrate into the skin for moisture. I finally figured this out about two weeks ago. I find that mixing it with my daily moisturizer, leaves my skin feeling softer and less dry. I have always used it 2-3 times a day as a base, and I also use it everytime I wash my hands. Overall, Body Jelly, is an average product (in my opinion), but I would use it again since I figured out the trick to make it work for me.

i think it is very nourishing but like others have said it does have a scent to it that i do not like... a little goes a long way and makes skin look nice

My wife got me the body jelly about a year ago, and i've been hooked every since. It's great after taking a shower. Keeps my body hydrated all day. Now, the whole family uses it.

Body Jelly - 12.26.09

My daughter has very dry skin. Since there are so many oils in this mix, it separates easily and is runny. It didn't moisturize as well as described. My daughter's skin was dry within a few hours.
