Excellent shampoo. Smells nice, it's hydrating and left my hair shiny. I like the fact that it has no parabens, it's made with wonderful and healthy ingredients . I will recommend it to friends and buy it again.

I am African american with relaxed hair. I have been having a dry scalp for quite some time, so I decided to try something new. This is the answer to my problems!! It makes your hair so silky soft and manageable! I highly recommend it for any type of hair.

Quick Take: hydrating, smoothing, good for daily use
I've tried this shampoo and the moisturizing hair oil and have loved them both. My hair is color treated, and is the worst of both worlds: dry at the ends and prone to oiliness at the roots. This shampoo works very well for me, and compared to other shampoos I've tried, also works with my budget. I don't feel a difference in softness, but my hair is shinier and looks healthier than it has with any other shampoo (it's been 5 weeks since my last trim and it still looks freshly cut even with the color damage). As far as manageability, my hair is course and I've always relied on a good conditioner to prevent breakage and make it easier to comb. I'm finding I use less conditioner and have less breakage since I switched to this shampoo which wasn't a benefit I even expected.
I know a product is working when OTHER people comment on how it looks and I've received several compliments. I haven't mentioned the best part about this stuff and that's the amazing scent! It's very light and slightly sweet and just heavenly. This product exceeded my expectations and I wish I could buy it in a larger bottle.

moisturizing & cleansing

I much prefer the Rosemary & Peppermint Clarifying Shampoo/Conditioner, but when my local Sephora was out, I tried this one. It smells good, is cleansing and moisturizing. However, my naturally wavy hair is left much smoother and shinier with the clarifying shampoo. After this one I still feel a little frizzy an dull.

This shampoo is the best I've ever tried. I have naturally think, wavy, voluminous hair that is prone to dryness. I read other reviews of the Carol’s Daughter products, and decided to go into my local Sephora store to take a look in person. What drew me in to ‘Tui’ was the scent – it’s refreshingly light, yet sweet. It makes my hair feel soft and keeps my scalp moisturized. Now that I know how much I love the shampoo, I’m ordering more, plus the ‘Tui Moisturizing Hair Smoothie.’

The Tui line shampoo and conditioner is just what I needed for my hair. It moisturizes my hair so well and leaves it feeling soft and clean. A little goes a long way with this shampoo, as it lathers up really well. If you have issues with your hair retaining moisture I would recommend this line from Carol :)
