A little goes a long way. You only need to dab a couple of dots per eye area. The formula is smooth, light, and does not make my lids greasy.
Sometimes I use it for my entire face because it gives me adequate sunscreen protection without the greasy/oily feel.
Good for sensitive skin. I have no negative skin reactions to this formula. It doesn't sting my eyes if I sweat. I will repurchase again in the future :)

I wanted some extra eye protection, so I decided to get this eye spf. Unfortunately, this product felt extremely oily on my lids. It was sliding around my eyes. If I had eye make up on, this cream creases my eye lids. I will just stick with my other eye cream with spf protection.

Great sun protection and lightly moisturizing but I notice that after I apply this, when I go to put my eye makeup on, this product forms a white oily crease on my lid. I just dab over it with my fingertip and pat it back in and after that it's fine. But this issue makes me feel like the product doesn't stay in place. And for the price, I would expect it to stay put b/c who knows if it really is protecting all of your eye skin if it's sliding around like that? I bought 2 of these & ended up returning one due to this fact and also b/c I worried about the 2nd one expiring before I got to using it. I think for daytime, I will stick to my Shiseido SPF55 cream.

This is the only SPF eye cream I have ever used that did not burn my eyes. I hope that Clarins never stops making it. I know that the most important thing I can do for my skin is a high SPF. This has it and it does not burn!

This doesn't irritate the eyes like some eye creams and especially those with SPF tend to. It blends in nicely under makeup but on a bare face, it will leave the eye area with a whiteish tint, you have to rub it in for a bit. This isn't too hydrating for the eyes, so you might want to use another eye cream underneath. I got tired of it, so I'll save it for use in the summer time.

Quick Take: hydrating
This stuff is moisturing and protective which is what I was looking for in an eye cream. But, my only gripe with this is it leaves a whiteish crease on my upper lid that I have to smooth out before I put on my eye makeup. My skin does tend to be a bit oily to be fair, but not really on my lids.

Excellent sun screen for eyes- 11.10.09
Quick Take: lightweight
This is my second tube now, and I couldn't help telling everyone I know how good it is. I've been using it for more than a year, and one tube lasts a long time. It's non-greasy, absorbable, and wouldn't affect putting make-up on if you use a UDPP on top. Better than the shiseido one. Highly recommend!!!

I do not have sensitive eyes and have used different products with spf around my eyes with no problems. This cream however, even with my contacts in, which usually seems to protect my eyes more, burned and itched every time I used this cream. I had to return the product. On the good side it was nice a creamy with a good spf if the sting doesn't bother you.

One of only a few high spf eye creams- 10.28.09
With my skin, and spf for eyes is a necessity, and few eye creams have high spfs. Compared to the others I've seen, this is a slightly better value. Consistency is perhaps a little thinner than I'd like, but if you're looking for an undereye daycream with high spf, this is a good one.

Great to find a product that protects this most fragile area that is usually the first to show signs of aging. Goes on smooth & blends well. It's not as hydrating as my regular eye cream. I like this because it makes a better base for makeup, but someone with dry skin may want to layer this with another product.
A little goes a long way which makes this an excellent value. (If you use too much, it leaves a white film from the sunscreen. I only use a little bit more than the size of the head of a pin).

It has great ingredients. I love that it is made of physical sunscreens, not chemical ones. I've had reactions to other eye sunscreens, but this has worked well for me. It's also nice that since it's not a chemical sunscreen, I can apply it over my other eye cream and also don't have to wait 30 minutes for it to absorb before going outside, which is convenient. It does require some blending to avoid the white cast, but it's not any worse than other sunscreens. My only complaint about this product is that it does NOT have an expiration date on it... all sunscreen products should have an expiration date!!

good eye sunscreen that EVERYONE NEEDS- 10.01.09

Other than protecting the eye area from uva/uvb, i don't know if this is actually preventing wrinkles, but i guess i would never know unless i only use this on one eye. Anyways, this sunscreen is more watery than your usual run of the mill body sunscreens. This makes it easier to apply to your eyes, so that you dont have to rub your eyes too hard which is good. I put it on every time before i go outside. I think the BEST THING ABOUT THIS SUNSCREEN is that it's made of the better kinds of sunscreen active ingredients. It doesn't contain chemical suncreen ingredient avobenzone or oxybenzone, which may be harmful to you. The active ingredient is a physical sunscreen ingredient, titanium dioxide, which is better for you. The product might give your eye the sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiightest whiteness, but for me it's not noticeable.

Great sunscreen for eye area- 09.29.09

It is ironic that most sunscreens say to AVOID the eye area...because that is the area that is most fragile and needs protection. But this is wonderful stuff...never stings the eyes. However, it is not sweat-proof. So if you are outside doing sports or something strenuous, you may need to reapply it now and then.

This is my favorite daytime eye cream.No irritation what so ever.The one eye cream I've tried that does not make my eyes water.Perfect base for BE bisque.Best of all, high SPF.I cannot be without this.
