Highly Recommend as multitasker!

Definately works with different skin tones as I am asian with medium - yellow under tones and my niece who is lighter complexion, also uses this product and it somehow matches her skin tone also. I have sensitive, acne prone skin. Love that this does not make my skin breakout and that it multitasks as a nice light tint, primer with SPF.

In one word horrible! This has silicone in it, it is slippery when you put it on, and the color rolls off. Horrible product. sent it back after one try

I really, really love this product. I never wore anything but blush before and one of the associates in the store requested this item and I can't live without it. Goes on so light you don't know you have anything on.

I absolutely love how good this feels on my skin. I've tried other tinted moisturizers, and I always come back to this one. It looks really orange in the tube, but it goes on so nicely. It's obviously not going to give you full coverage and perfect skin, but I feel pretty confident just wearing this on my face if I'm not going anywhere fancy. I love that it has SPF too. You would never know.

I love this product!! It controls oil, makes my skin look flawless, definitely can be worn alone which I always do. Since I've been using this product, i have less to zero break-outs and my face looks fresh the whole day. A MUST HAVE!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Weird texture, doesn't go on evenly

I got this as part of a holiday gift set. I LOVE philosophys skincare products but was so disappointed and grossed out by this.
When I opened the bottle, the oil and makeup had separated which wasn't a HUGE deal but I thought the texture would shape up after I shook and mixed the contents.
NOT SO! This stuff has a really strange spongy texture that's really off putting. I'd be willing to deal with that if it applied well and looked good. Even the fair was too dark for my skin, the moisturizer didn't go on evenly so I wouldn't even be able to use it as a primer.
If you're looking for a tinted moisturizer or primer, especially for fair skin, KEEP LOOKING.

Quick Take: lightweight
I love this stuff!! I have combination skin and have been trying to take the edge off the fine lines. My makeup tends to settle into those dreaded lines--yikes. I like to use this under my eyes and face before applying my foundation. I will say the color does look a little orange but, it blends into my fair/med. skin really well. For me it provides just the right amount of coverage that I could wear it alone where some tinted moisturizers/primers tend to absorb into your skin and it's like nothing is there. It feels like velvet out of the tube and when you apply to your face. I find it is helpful to soften the look of my fine lines esp. around my eyes. I tried a sample from the store first and now its a product I use regularly :).

I have been using Philosophy products and specifically this product for about 5 years and truly my skin is make-up optional skin. I use this product in place of moisturizer, putting it directly on clean skin. I have combination skin, leaning towards dry and this is just enough to provide a smooth non oily canvas for my make-up. Even if I just add a little powder over it, I look smooth and polished all day.
I have used lots of primers/moisturizers/beauty balms and this really is my favorite.

Super Versatile

I've been using this for over 3 years now, first when I was deployed to an unforgiving desert environment. It not only evens out my skintone, but offers sunscreen and isn't oily! When I'm feeling lazy, I can put it on as a base layer and just add blush and mascara and I look beautiful all day. You can also use as a base layer for other foundations for extra coverage.

I'm belatedly realizing I need to follow my dermatologist's advice and wear sunscreen. But, I hate sunscreen. This stuff does make the whole sunscreen thing more palatable by providing a tangible immediate benefit. It makesmy skin smooth and soft. It doesn't really hide any flaws, you still need foundation for that. But, it's a good base layer.

this doesnt keep my skin from getting shiny (not much does) but it sure does help. i love how my skin looks with it on.. it doesnt look flawless, but a natural "full"coverage. i recommend it for anyone who needs the extra help! plus its nice it has sunscreen in it

I am very pale, and was nervous about the "one color fits all". My fears were realized. It turned me orange! There for completely useless for me. for someone with a darker skin tone it might be wonderful. It did feel pretty good on my skin though. Not greasy or heavy.

Best primer I've ever tried... and I've tried quite a few. Philosophy makes the best products! The price may seems steep (especially for us poor college kids) but this primer lasts forever. One small dollop is all you need!
