Quick Take: smells, smelly, intensive, fast
I have acne prone skin, small bumps on my forehead and cheeks - this is the only thing that works FAST. It really is my favorite spot treatment. The only issue I have is the smell.. it smells awful!

Quick Take: perfect for small areas
I got this product as a sample and only used it once. I woke up, looked in the mirror and had to do a double take. It got everything while I slept. There is not a single bump left on my face. I was expecting to use it several times before seeing results, but I am blown away by its effectiveness. While I am not someone with bad breakouts, I have never enjoyed a single day without some area acting up. This might be the closest its ever been.

Quick Take: drying
This is definitely keeping my acne away; since I started using it, (for about a month) I've only gotten one small pimple. The only thing is that it can be extremely drying, especially when I first started using it, before my skin adjusted to it.

PTR Is the Only Thing That Works for Me!

This product is amazing. I never get dry skin from it and it really works to calm down blemishes I have and stunt ones that seem like they are coming on. This is maybe the 4th or 5th time I have bought it. The only thing I wish they would change is the pump system. Sometimes leftover creme will stay in the spout and dry up, which is annoying.

this stuff is the best spot treatment i've ever used, and i have dealt with acne for decades. i also mix it with my moisturizer so i can use it over my whole face. at night i use the therapeutic sulfur masque from the same line as a spot treatment. the combination of the two really brings things to the surface so they can heal. wish i'd had products like this years ago.

Stress caused my chin to break out in HUGE red acne which was worse than when I was a teenager. I had used other spot treatments in the past but they left a pink residue so I could only use them when I was not going out. This product is practically invisible and works well. Would have given it 5 stars except it took longer to work than the pink stuff.

Quick Take: non drying
I really like this product. I use it under my makeup and it seems to be keeping my breakouts from occurring. I do have a few from time to time, but it has helped with the frequency and size of the breakouts. I use it in my t-zone as an area treatment for prevention mostly. The only thing wrong with the product is the sulfur smell.

Quick Take: non-irritating, non-drying, absorbs quickly, a little goes a long way
So far I really like this treatment. I use it as a spot treatment at night and use a salicylic treatment during the day. I found I was "overusing" it at first, or putting it on everywhere and not just where there was a current problem. This seemed to cause breakouts in places where I didn't have one. Good for long term, I suppose as it will eventually make things clearer, but I switched to using it to clear up current problems and it works well. I still moisturize on top of the treatment, though it does do a good job on its own. It has a slight smell but no pink color which I like. I find the sulfur-salicylic combo is working well!

Quick Take: magical
This is the first thing that I have tried that actually has shown a marked improvement for my acne. I am prone to painful cystic acne and have been looking for something to stop my breakouts for years...think I have finally found it. It is a little bit drying, but not too bad.

Quick Take: i highly recommend, treats adult acne as well as young, right amount for the right price
I wanted something to treat my adult acme without drying or bleaching. Benzoyl Peroxide works but it leaves a scar and I have to be careful of what I touch. I have bleach so much shirts, dresses, towels & you named it. Then area becomes dry with the skin drying leaving "craters
This does the job without the mess, worry or craters. Everyone has different skin with different needs. I like this because it cleanly dispenses, is to apply with no worries.

Quick Take: perfect for middle aged gals
I am 57 and get occasional blemishes which heal much slower at my age. Due to dryer skin at my age, I don't like the pink drying liquid. This product is the best for healing quickly without dying out your skin and leaves it smooth. There is a slight tingling sensation that lasts a few seconds which isn't painful but lets you know its working. I would highly recommend this product & will have this on hand at all times.

I am so thrilled with this acne treatment.
I had acne as a teenager and I had a few blissful good skin years until adult acne hit me at 27. It used to be my t-zone now its my cheeks in a V pattern down to my chin.
Nothing works. Salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, even a gel my dermatologist prescribed for me were useless.
After using this for a week at night my skin has improved so much. Every morning when I wake up there is less redness and swelling. A giant cluster of deep zits on my cheek has completely calmed down.
I am getting dry so I'm going to switch to every other night. I have been using the Glycolic Acid 10% moisturizer during the day and the BHA Acid 2% Acne wash as well.
This does have a stink to it so I wouldn't wear it during the day. But its not too overpowering to sleep with at night.

This product smells bad, it gets clogged, and it doesn't work. I have adult acne and sometimes benzoyl peroxide alone works or a plain sulfur product (6%) works but not this product. When I put it on at night, I can still smell it on my face the next day. Blech!

Quick Take: effective
I am in my mid-20s with a dark complexion. I have been using this for about three weeks. I have applied a small amount of the treatment in the morning and at night. It absorbs well. I don't wear makeup, so I can't tell you what it looks like under makeup. Overall, for me it works very well. It took me about two separate applications, but the blemishes that I felt actually went away. My face is a lot smoother. There is a bit of a smell with the treatment, but it's not prominent. I want to continue using this because I have definitely seen a difference. I recommend it.

I waited an entire month (read: you know how the lady holiday is the real test of an acne medication) Ive got to say Ive tried it ALL when it comes to acne. Im 31, worrying about wrinkles and STILL these blemishes wont go away. But with this lotion Ive seen a noticeable difference. I still get some tiny ones on my chin but the big bad ones are gone and the ones that do appear heal faster. Its a bit drying but nothing a good moisturizer cant fix. A bit pricey but worth it!

This product consistently does a great job shrinking and clearing acne. Overnight results guaranteed. Smells unpleasant, but sulfur always does. The key ingredient is the sulfur and it's worth the funky odor. Love this stuff. Everyone with acne should have this in their medicine cabinet.
