after reading the reviews i had high hopes for this concealer. i have periods of acne and brown spots are left behind when it goes away. i put it on and it did nothing to cover up my spots. tried putting some on after a layer of foundation and it still did not give any coverage. i really wanted to like it but had to return it. i have never needed to return a product to sephora before.

Quick Take: sheer, pointless
I usually love everything I get from Sephora (I think all of my reviews are 4-5 stars!) but this stuff I actually wish I'd returned when I still had the chance. It is sheer and has zero staying power. Once I put this stuff on it is gone, never to be seen again.

Rubs off in 5 seocnds

Quick Take: creamy
Nice texture and great matching colors but this rubs off in 5 minutes and does not last through ANY kind of touch. If you accidentally touch your face while brushing your hair back, for example, it's gone.
I have tried setting it with powder and it still doesn't stay.
Some people seem to have a different experience, although, I do not have oily skin.

Quick Take: drying
This was rather dry and unmaleable. When I use concealers, I look for something I can really blend into my skin, but this one just kind of sits there. It's moderately opaque and the color selection could be better (the darker shades lean too orange while the lighter ones are pasty and dull). The dryness accentuates dry patches, including the surface of healing acne. Wouldn't buy again.

Quick Take: creamy, color correcting, convinient
coverage under the eye and around the nose area..i also keep this around for touch ups. i love the pakaging becuase it is not messy what so ever. i do find that i have to re-apply by say 2pm(ish) and you must pat very well to avoid creasing.

Quick Take: color correcting, creamy, crease resistant
This is one of this best things I have ever used!! I have pretty bad acne scarring and under eye circles and this covers all of that. My skins is far from perfect but since this is so thick and creamy I can "hide" all of my imperfections with the little amount of time I have before I go to school. And the greatness doesn't stop there, you combo to oily skin girls or guys look no more, this concealer is great for people like us. I never feel like this melts off my skin throughout the day but I do set it very lightly with powder which helps a little but it is still terrific on its own. For those of you that want to fake perfection before school buy this because I think this amazing!!

Quick Take: full coverage, non-drying
If you get the right shade it can work miracles. I don't know about under eye concealing but for marks or other facial irregularities it works wonderfully. Make sure to set it though.

Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying, full coverage
For the past 5 years I have been using the same concealer. It was the only one I would ever use or buy. Unfortunatly they did away with it and I was at a loss. What product out there can replace this one I am already in love with? Will I ever find one? I walked into Sephora with my old concealer and said, I need the closest thing you got to this, Within 2 minutes I had the Smashbox in hand and paid for! It definetly met my requirements!

Not the best concealer I have used.

Quick Take: lightweight
I was disappointed with this concealer. I could not get the amount of coverage I wanted, whether it was too much or not enough. The color was off, but it was not too light or too dark. The consistency just did not match up with my skin. It just did not work and I had to take it back.

Great Coverage for Dark Circles

Quick Take: lightweight, full coverage
I am very happy with this concealer. It covers the dark circles under my eyes better then most. Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is that I find I need to moisturize my face first, otherwise the concealer looks very dry and flaky.

Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying, full coverage, radiant
By accident, I bought this concealer in a shade that was simply too light for my face, but to my advantage, I was able to use it as a highlighter. The shade that I purchased is the lightest shade available, and I found that it was perfect for under the brow and in the corners of my eyes!

Quick Take: lightweight, full coverage
Consultant in store tried this on me. Holds and conceals very naturally. Just pat it softly into your skin and dark circles diminish. Blends nicely and nice color choices.

I think this concealer is great. Wouldn't go as far as say it's the best because I haven't tried too many concealers. It definitely gives full coverage and doesn't move around. I find it works best when I warm it up with the warmth of my finger first before applying, and then just pat it in :)
