I am mascara junky. Always looking for something better. This mascara is okay. It is difficult to use the comb part of the wand. Still trying to figure out how to separate lashes.

This mascara is just perfect. It makes your lashes to look so natural. I just love it. I used before mascaras from Ester Lauder and Lancome but they are more expensive and not so good like this one.

Quick Take: lengthening, defining
Personally, this is the best mascara that I've used. It is gentle and does not bother my eyes, it goes on smooth with absolutely no clumps, and the brush is fantastic because you get the best of both words: simply bristles and a separating comb! Makes my lashes look long, full and dark. Highly recommended!

I have re-purchased this one about five times and don't know what I would do if it was discontinued!
What I like best is the way this product lengthens and defines lashes that looks completely natural. No clumps, no smudges, no freaky "spider eyes", lol. Just long, soft looking lashes. The comb is great for detangling, especially if your lashes are extra thick or curly, but you may need to wipe it clean first, as the product can gather in between the teeth of the comb, defeating the purpose.
This makes a great daytime, or everyday mascara, I know most women like extra volume or drama for night.

Quick Take: lengthening
The wand is kind of cool, and that's why I bought it. I thought it might help my wimpy lashes look fuller or volumized. The only flaw I noticed about this mascara is the design of the wand makes application a little tricky....a lot of product comes out, and it goes on kinda goopy. Didn't work too well for my miniscule lashes, but might be great for someone else. There's a mascara for everbody!

Quick Take: volumizing
I love Clinique mascaras because they have a thin, very wet consistency making the product glide on effortlessly with zero clumps, long staying power and nicely separated glossy lashes. I have switched between Clinique lash doubling and high impact since I started wearing makeup at least 10 years ago. This version High Definition, is a terrible product though: it's thick and sticky, dies way too fast and is very difficult to remove. The comb is a gimmick which only adds more thick sticky gunk to your lashes, instead of what it seems intended for, separation and definition. I promptly returned this product and I am back to my old stand-by the best mascara on the market: the regular formula of Clinique High Impact Mascara.

I got this one as a present from my house-mate, and then I used it for a party. It was smudging like crazy, but I had to keep it otherwise my house-mate would be very disappointed.

Very good product, I will continue to use this mascara for daily use. I do not have lashes that stay curled AT ALL and this is the only mascara that I have found to help hold a curl for the majority of the day.

My eyelashes are really long and I made it a mission one day to find a mascara that actually made my lashes look great. After about 20 different makeup counters I came across this one and fell in love with it! That was about 7 years ago. I will not use anything but this!

I am extremely anti the typical mascara wand...I don't care who makes it - those mascara wands do not work!!! My favorite vendor discontinued their comb mascara and I have been trying to find a replacement ever since...after spending tons of money and trying 6 different brands, finally, Clinique - you have come to my rescue! I think with comb mascara's, it's an acquired taste. Most of my friends dislike it because the first couple of uses tend to be clumpy and goopey...but after 5-6 tries, and a little air gets in your tube, this is the BEST mascara - hands down. I barely need to curl my eyelashes and this formulas and comb brush allow me to fully apply mascara to every random scraggly lash and have them come out perfectly...because you can COMB your lashes! They are hair, after all! Please, please, never stop making this combination of mascara and brush - I am finally at ease...and yes, I care a lot about my mascara!

I've finally found a mascara that I can stick with! This mascara goes on so clean and so easily. I don't even need to use the comb to separate my eyelashes because the brush side works so well. If I'm just going to work or running errands, I will solely use the brush. However, when I'm prepping for a night out or an event, I do use the comb because I find it gives my lashes greater length and definition. I will certainly be sticking with this mascara.

This is a 'less is more' mascara. It doesn't glop on, but you can build it up, and it gently combs your lashes when you use the other side. It is great when I don't want to carry a separate lash comb. Also it did not smear, which is very unusual in my experience. HIghly recommended.

This mascara is so great. I bought it in black first, and liked it so much I bought it in brown as well. I don't use the comb for my top lashes. I use the comb for my bottom lashes and it works AMAZINGLY! That's not what it's for, but that's what it's best use is. Buying a seperate mascara for bottom lashes only would be ridiculous.

The actual brush doesn't lengthen too much, but when you use the comb, it's great! I like to use the comb after using this brush and my volume mascara. Works great!

The mascara itself was lovely, but the brush applicator with the comb on one side was not optimal. If I used the comb side, it would make all of my lashes stick together into a gloopy mess. I have since switched to a different clinique mascara.

Quick Take: perfect for me, the comb is the key
I really like this mascara because it is easy to apply and the comb is fantastic for separating the lashes. My lashes tend to clump and lean and the comb helps to align them.
