I love all of Urban Decay's products, and this one delivered way beyond my expectations. Although some of the eye colors seem to have just a little too much glitter for a morning, the others have wonderful color that blend well. Typically use chopper and sin daily.

Quick Take: good value, portable
I got this on a whim so I could try multiple urban decay shadows all at once, and I LOVE IT! It's now a staple of my collection, all my other shadows are jealous! Bright colors along with shimmery browns, great buy for traveling.

AWESOME colors!- 11.05.09
Quick Take: good value, portable, beautiful colors
The colors are beautiful and this brand eye shadow blends in your eyes easily. I have used alot of eye shadows and many times the color wears off within 3-4 hrs. But this really Stays! If you use the Primer Portion before using these eye shadow, the colors will last you all day. It works!

Quick Take: good value, portable
This product is absolutely amazing. I've been able to get so many looks with just one palette. It goes on easy, and stays on well. They are easily blended to make custom looks. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a HUGE bang for their buck!

UD Ammo Eye Palette- 11.03.09
The UD Ammo palette has highly pigmented shadows - a plus for this pallet. I find the display of colors a great variety. The shadows with the glitter are a bit too much at times, although I haven't tried tapping the brush more before applying. I find that the glitter is too obvious - people are always commenting "Why are you wearing glitter?" - this is due to the glitter dropping on to my cheek or lower eye after a few hours of wear. Since I'm older than 12, the large chunks of glitter on my cheek are a distinct drawback to the UD shadows.

Quick Take: portable, glittery
I wish i could say that i LOVE this palette but it's a little to glittery and sparkly for me.. i mean i would like it more if the shimmer doesnt go on my face after a long day.. nonetheless.. the colors are nice, would be better if its even more pigmented. if you are trying to purchase an urban decay palette, i would recommend the urban decay deluxe shadow box over this one.. ( only if u like more pigmented/ vibrant colors).

i love these colors!! they are perfect for really any outing. there are enough sparkly ones for evening looks and there are enough neutral shades for work or day. they are highly pigmented so you get more for your money. it's a great assortment of colors and they have really great staying power

Quick Take: good value
This is a good buy. I like all the shades and while its true about half the colors are very glittery, they're versatile and pretty. Im older and I can get away with it in day if I mix it with a less glittery shade. I dont have a problem with glitter falling on my face because I use a damp brush to apply it over primer, its longer lasting that way. The colors seem to stay well throughout the day. A good buy. I dont know how portable it is, my feeling is the shadows may break up with wear and tear in a handbag, best left at home.

Not worth the money....- 10.30.09
Quick Take: hard rock packaging, cute names
The shadows were basically not worth the money. I'm used to contouring 2-6 shadows at once, but most of the eye shadows don't go well together or only blend with a few other colors. Most were also very sheer.
Smog: Is one of my favorites because it's dark and natural looking! **blends with maui wowie/mildew/shattered/oil slick/polyester bride/chopper/sin**

I love this palatte of shadows. The colors are very versatile and can be mixed and matched for many different looks. However, they all contain a lot of glitter, which I love but some may not. They go on very easily and stay put for hours as long as you use a primer. Great item!

Wow & Worth the $ if applied correctly- 10.29.09
Quick Take: good value, great for clubbing & night, unique colors, flight approved: light and hardly takes up space, plenty of colors, great wet or dry, great as eyeliner
I love the colors and they work well wet or dry. Often I use Oil Slick as a wet eyeliner as well as the others. Professional brushes are a must and so is an eye lid primer. Apply the shadows wet for intense color and to prevent the glitter from spreading outside the eye area. These shadows are unique and eye catching, great for evening and party use. I wear them to the clubs or for dress up occasions. Sometimes I'll wear them in the day time in summer since the sun makes them sparkle at the beach. I choose the more nude colors in daytime. This pallet has a nice mix for my green eyes. A trick is to hold a folded piece of tissue under your lower lash line to catch any stray falling glitter, and then put on under eye concealer. They're a bit tricky but with practice you can have totally knock-out amazing eyes that make you shine out from the rest of the ladies.

Have to admit that as much as I love this palette, they would have been just as amazing with a little less glitter! Either way, the colors are nice and go on well. They're not dull like you would expect from the cheap stuff you find in the pharmacy...at least by me! This is a must have in my arsenal for everyday looks!

There is a nice variety of color in this palette and a little goes a long way. You can't really be heavy-handed with this one or you'll end up with a mess. I don't really like how glittery the shadow is because it always ends up all over my cheeks and for daytime it can be a bit too much.
