Quick Take: soft bristles
i am in love with this brush. it gives a build-able medium to full coverage of the bareMinerals foundation. using both, also helps with distributing the foundation more evenly and also helps with covering my dark spots and giving an even, flawless finish.

If you want a dense brush, this is for you. I expected it to be more fluffy and longer hair, but it turned out not. So I decided to return it.

I use the Handy Buki for applying my bareminerals foundation. This is the 3rd one I have bought as I replace them every year or so (in between I use the brush wash). Great medium coverage.

Quick Take: soft bristles, natural hair, versatile
I use this brush everyday for my blush. I like how I can use it to have a sheer application and I can use it for a more heavy application by adjusting my pressure. It blends the colour in so naturally on my cheeks.

It's a great product with good quality bristles. I like having a longer handle bc I keep my brushes in a mason jar and the smaller kabuki brushes get lost. I would definitely purchase again

The very first thing I noticed about this brush is the rough bristles. Some areas of my face are really dry so this brush is a little irritating for me. The coverage is good, but I don't think there is anything special about this brush. My brush doesn't shed too much. It might shed one or two hairs occasionally.
I don't regret buying this brush, but I don't think I would have bought it if I had tested it in the store.

I couldn't be happier. I loved this brush for my foundation powder so much that I bought a second for my blush. It feels great and does its job perfectly. If you are shopping for the perfect brush, this is it.

I am a big fan of bareminerals and I typically love their brushes but this one was just mediocre. It is great for applying their foundation but it is indeed a lot smaller than their kabuki brush. It gets the job done for now but I think I will pass on this next time.

I never really liked the flawless face application brush to apply my bareMinerals foundation, so I thought I would buy the handy buki brush. It was the best thing I've ever bought. I absolutely LOVE this brush. It covers beautifully, and I find myself using less makeup because of how great the coverage is.

I love this brush for applying foundation. I use Bare Minerals Matte Foundation. Have been using it for probably 10 years or more (not the matte but bare minerals) and the brush is the best I have ever used. It is very soft and lasts a long time. You can get light coverage or full coverage with this brush. It wipes clean easily after every use and once a week I shampoo it clean. I have tried other brushes only to be disappointed. I keep coming back to this one.

Too stiff for full-face application

Quick Take: natural hair, soft bristles
The short bristles (while soft) are pretty stiff due to the construction of the brush, and this causes the brush to move my skin more than I'd like during application over the full face. I choose to use this brush solely for Warmth because it's easy to control just how much to apply, and where. It'd be a shame to buy this brush just for that, but on the other hand, once you put Warmth on a brush, it's pretty much useless for full-face application of any powder until you wash the brush. So if you have or are buying Warmth, this brush is a good option for you.

Quick Take: sheds like crazy
I purchased this brush to use w/ bareMinerals Foundation. Although it provides very good coverage, it sheds like crazy...hairs from the brush shed all over my face and my clothing. I stopped using bareMinerals foundation due to the poor quality and shedding of the Handy Buki brush.
