Long-lasting color but poor value

Quick Take: soft, long wearing, glides on easily, nice hard to find color
I've been a big Dior spender for the last fifteen years or so, and I have to say the size of this lip liner was a major disappointment. It's TINY. Almost like a fine tip pen. I love the color ("Spicy Pink"), how smoothly it glides, and how long it lasts, but really the price is pretty exorbitant for the amount of make-up in this tiny tool. I'm used to making my lip liners last - we'll see if I get through the next two or three months with this thing.

GREAT COLOR

Quick Take: long wearing
I loved this lip liner. It was SO easy to use and I love the fact that it doesn't need to be sharpened. The color range is fabulous as well. Very feminine colors. Creamy in texture. Extremely easy to carry around. Sometimes I would even use it as a lipstick, and I would leave the nicest flushed, matted look. Spicy Pink was my favorite color because depeneding on your eye make up iit could be dressed up, or you could use it for everyday looks.
THE ONLY CON was that the product dried funny. It would kind of clump and almost crumble just a little bit. I take my time when I do my lip liner because I want it to look very precise and as perfect as possible. I don't know if it's because I take too long or perhaps I didn't completely shut the cap but that bothered me just a bit.

I like the fact you don't need a pencil sharpener. This color also goes with my many shades of plum lipsticks that I have.

Quick Take: soft, glides on easily, long wearing
Spicy Pink was super-flattering for me- a my-lips-but-better shade. And it doesn't require sharpening (I HATE sharpening beauty pencils and refuse to buy ones that need sharpened).
All in all, same high quality as Dior Lipstick. I'm just surprised this doesn't come in a few more colors.

This colour is fairly neutral, the creaminess of it makes it go on easily. it never has to be sharpened, unlike a regular lipliner.

Love the consistency

I love the soft consistency of this great automatic lipliner. I use it to line, then fill in the color of my lips, a quick blot and then goes on the lipstick. Another blot and I'm set for the day. No wondering where the sharpener is, no wondering if my lipstick is still on, just enduring color all day long.

I purchased this color to go with Dior Addicts "Front Row Fig" but unfortunately Dior doesn't sell my favorite Front Row Fig anymore. I still like this liner/color and I do recommend it.

Okay, maybe "forever" is a bit of an exaggeration, but it does last a long, looooong time. It went on easily and smoothly and then it stayed put until I decided to take it off.
Even after a day of eating, drinking and brushing my teeth didn't wipe it out. I admit it faded somewhat, but after 12+ hours I would expect anything short of a tattoo to fade a bit.
I've tried many lip liners and never had one perform as well as this one.

nice neutral color. does it's job. I like the creamy formula better than a stick. does not dry out my lips (sometimes i put it all over my lips as a base).
