I actually returned this product because I couldn't notice it once I put it on my face. In fact, it was difficult to even get any on the brush. The concept of a rose-gold shimmer powder is great, though, if only it would show up. Maybe I'm not light-complected enough?

Pretty Color, Bad Product- 11.05.09
I was really excited to get this to fulfill my stila collection because I got the bronze and gold already. I got one the first time and the product fell off the pan. I guess the adhesive wasn't strong enough. So I ended up exchanging for a new one. The second one I got barely had any color payoff. I had to dig hard into the pan to get any color out of it so I ended up returning that one too. *sigh*

Rose Gold & Gold- 11.04.09
Quick Take: glittery
I picked up the "As Good as Golden" set from sephora in September, it had the "Gold" one in it, and i had to continuously use my brush on it over and over again, till it stopped being soo chalky, because at first It didn't come out well, barely any product came off of it.
I just got the "Rose Gold" from the "Gift of Appreciation" set and I love it, the color is pretty, great for highlight! I had to kinda do the same in the beginning with the other one.
I'm debating if i should go get the "Bronze" one too....i hope it will come in a set haha. I swatched it in stores...and it's soo pretty for an all over body glow...hahaha in the summer!
I kinda wish they would package it to be more safer...so the product doesn't fall out or something...like what happend to my Rose Gold one!
I like the nice champagne tones of this product, and I found just brushing it over the cheekbone gives a nice glow. For me, to use it all over would be a little too much shimmer, since I am prone to shiny skin. Great for summer!

Surprisingly nice- 10.31.09
I love this finishing powder! I have sensitive skin and this powder doesn't irritate me. Its adds a very soft and pretty coating to your face and the shimmer is just enough. I've tried a few other illuminating powders and creams, but honestly, Stila products always seem to work the best for me. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to add a little more to their final made-up face.

I wasn't too impressed with this one. It was too glittery for my face and it showed! I guess this is good for night orrr I was thinking around the neck area for a nice sparkle. I wouln't put this on my face again.

Quick Take: glitter not glow/shine
i bought this to give just a hint of natural shine without making my face looking oily.
However, when i got it, it turns out they were too sparkly and the particles were quite large.
When I put it on, it was as if I was telling everyone I put glitte on my face, instead of having a natural glow. Since then, I have never used it and it's now in my drawer looking unused!
This may be good for clubbing or special nights, but deffinitely not for natural everyday look.

Gorgeous glow- 10.13.09
Quick Take: radiant, subtle glow
I purchased this in Gold, and it's the perfect finishing powder. It isn't overly sparkly, and makes you look fresh faced. It doesn't add color to your face or look cakey, either... even on top of liquid foundation. It's great for cheek bones, collar bones- pretty much anywhere that you want to add a touch of radiance. And the size of this product is great, too. I've been using it on the weekends and for parties, and this is definitely going to last me a while.

I love all three of these powders. The bronze makes a great bronzer, the rose a great blush and the gold a perfect highlighter. They are very shimmery & metallic and very sheer too.

I have the bronze powder (got it in the My Mother, My Hero set). I thought it might be too dark, but a light dusting across my cheeks looks wonderful! Really makes my face pop. I want the other colors now too! Pity it's on the pricey side.

Fun but hard to apply....- 08.27.09
This reminds me of baked pottery. I'm not sure I have the right brush yet, because I can't seem to get very much on to apply so I can actually see it on my face! I kind of forgot about it in my makeup bag already since it has been so difficult to see, but I'm sure I'll find the perfect brush and then the light will catch my face at the perfect angle...and then I will be perfectly luminous!

Nice touch for night time- 08.27.09
Personally I have oily skin. So I tend to avoid products with shimmer. I think this illuminating finishing powder is excellent for evening/night time to highlight the cheekbones, inner eyes and arches of the eyebrow because in dimmer lighting it gives off a night sheen/glow. I don't use it during the day however, it looks too glittery in the sunlight/brighter lights.
