I do think this is a very neat product! I have yet to figure out how to put it on effectively..however when I do wear it I am complimented throughout the night!

how to..- 07.16.09
I have not used this particular product, but I have used something very similar... BUT, I have noticed a lot of you do not know how to apply this makeup. First you get a piece of the gold, and with a skinny eye shadow brush, press it firmly onto your eyelid. That's all, and once you get the hang of it, it gets so much easier.

Great effect- 06.18.09
I usually use gold leaf in sheets, but this is nice too. I found with using standard edible quality gold leaf it was a bit thinner and more of an irritant. This is a LOT harder to get out and work with than the sheets, but i think the gold is of a softer quality. There isn't too much in there but its great for someone just getting into gold leaf.

not what I was expecting- 06.03.09
Quick Take: not worth it
Not user friendly, not easy to apply. I was pretty much expecting paint with a creamy consistency and what I got was foil paper. It is a one time use and so not worth what I paid. Save yourself the trouble and don't get it!

I ordered this online, and was SO DISSAPOINTED when i got it. it is a tiny gold leaf that is so small it looks nothing like the picture. its not even enough to try to cover an eyelid. There are no instructions on how to use it, so i have no clue what to do with it! at first, i thougt it was a powder form, but now, i see its actually a sheet that is so crinkled up that i dont know what to do with it! Im very dissapointed, but what else do you expect for $6 it was too good to be true~ the case is cute, i may keep the little case to use it for travel on my regular face cream. $6 for a travel case.... hum....

If I knew how to properly use this item then I would probably love it. But since I don't I like it enough to keep it and play with it.
