First, to engage the 'cool shot' feature you have to press it the entire time you want it engaged - i.e. there is no switch to turn it on or off. Your finger gets tired having to hold the button in the 'on' position. That sounds silly perhaps but for the price I expect close to perfection in ergonomics.
Second, the placement of the power button makes it far too easy to accidentally switch it off when you don't want to... somewhat annoying.
On the plus side, it is light and my hair felt quite soft after using it. They just need to fix the two issues I mentioned. I always wonder if the designers/engineers actually USE the dryer before production....?

Pleasantly Surprised- 11.16.09
Quick Take: time saving
I had heard good things about this hair dryer, but had my doubts that it would dry my (long & thick) hair any faster than my drugstore hair dryer. I tried it out, and to my surprise my hair was dry in about 7 minutes! It usually takes much longer, and I usually give up because I'm so hot and uncomforable. Would definitely buy again.

Used the hair dryer two times, on the third day it turned on but no hot hair. Returned the hair dryer to the store and got my money back. Didn't want to take the chance with a new one.
I was very hesitant about buying this dryer because of the price but finally coughed it up and am glad I did. I never thought a dryer could make my hair softer and shinier but it does! It is lightweight and drys my hair super quick.

I bought this thinking it was going to dry my hair in half the time as they advertised in their listing. This is not worth the money, instead i bought the Baby Bliss and LOVE IT, it's half the price and blows out my hair faster than the Bespoke. Save your money, this is not a good investment.

Quick Take: time saving, gentle
When I first dried my hair I did notice that it cut down on my drying time. From about 12 minutes to five flat. Pretty important difference in the busy morning! It also didn't feel like it was frying my hair.
I didn't feel like I noticed THAT much difference in my hair texture (I bought it because I'm trying to grow out my hair and it's damaged) so I almost returned it, I couldn't justify the price tag.........UNTILL I went out of town and took my old $20 hairdryer with me instead. WOW!!! It felt like it took soo long to dry my hair and my hair felt and look like it was being fried. That sealed the deal for me....I'm keeping mine! The four year warranty means it's only $50 a year; worth it.

I've had a different T3 dryer that I liked before but for some reason this model doesn't work as well. I found that it didn't get hot enough and left my hair a bit frizzy. I don't have hair that is difficult to style and it still didn't work well for me. Also, almost no power and heat options.

Amazing Results with the T3!- 10.20.09
Quick Take: time saving, great for smoothing out frizzy hair!
After hearing the horror stories of a friend and few other people on this discussion board, I had to chime in with how great the T3 has been for me. I purchased it over four years ago and it is still going strong, giving me great results with my long, curly, wanna-be frizzy hair. It dries my hair in 10 minutes flat every time and has never broken down in the four years I've owned it. For me, it has definitely been worth the $200.00 I paid. I know there are some people who have had it burn out on them after a couple of months - that's terrible! If it would have happened to me, I would have been upset! Luckily, mine is awesome and the results have been nothing short of spectacular. My frizzy hair finishes off smoothed out and silky every time. The motor is very quiet. The air is powerful enough to do what it needs to do without burning my neck with intense heat. My hair is not super-thick - I'm sure if you have very thick, curly hair, it will take longer to dry, but the ionic technology will still dry it in less time than it would with a regaular dryer. For my money, it was a great investment!

I had thought about buying this hairdryer for quite some time but was finding it hard to believe that it was worth its cost. I am an older woman trying to keep my long, highlighted hair from looking dry and frizzy. I read other reviews and decided to take a chance. My hair is looking fabulous. It dries quicker and looks smooth. I'm really surprised and really happy with this hairdryer.

This is a great hairdryer but not $200 great. I compared it to my Conair Infiniti for $50 and found these results. 1. T3 dried my jaw line length fine hair in 10 minutes. The Conair takes 18 minutes to dry. 2. The T3 leaves hair silky and shiny but not completely frizz free. You still need good hair products and possibly a flat iron depending on how particular you are. The Conair also requires a flat iron as it is not 100%. The bottom line is that the T3 is almost comparable to a cheaper hair dryer. The fact that it breaks down within the year as claimed by a decent amount of reviewers on this site I would have to give this dryer a thumbs down. While very good with different settings such as HOT, LOW and a COOL button it is not worth the big price tag. I am returning it and sticking with my cheapo Conair.

Does dry hair faster in comparison to drug store brands like conair. also doesn't blow my hair around as if i'm in a wind tunnel so using a brush to style and manipulate sections of hair is much easier. The dryer is also extremely light and easy to handle.

read this if you have BLACK hair- 10.03.09
I have black relaxed hair. It's thick and coarse. When I first turned it on I said to myself 'oh no, this thing ain't powerful enough.' Because when you turn it on, it is very quiet. I don't know about you, but I need some serious POWER and HEAT to get my hair dry and straight. But I said to myself, well you paid an arm and a leg for it so you might as well try it out and do the whole head. (I wouldn't have paid this much without Sephora's return policy) And, believe it or not, it worked. It actually got my hair straight and smooth.NOW I'm a believer. I'm going to keep it.
