Quick Take: strongly baby powder scented, hydrating
This hydrated my hair wonderfully, but the super-strong and long-lasting baby powder smell was a turn-off to both me and my husband. Awful.

At first the scent didn't really bother me too much. It smelled sort of like a hippy with a trust fund. But the smell was pretty strong until I washed my hair again, and not the sort of smell I desired to have lingering. The major downside was that my hair felt like straw after using this product and the conditioner. Just not compatible with my hair type (thick, coarse, wavy). I returned the product. It was worth a shot.

I would go without H2o before I went without this

I have used this brand for my hair for about two years now. I WILL NEVER SWITCH!! I had tried everything (I have very fine hair) and the best stuff would either dry my hair out or weigh it down, this has changed my hairs life!! So worth the money, skip eating out once a month to buy it if you have to, you will not regret it your hair will look AMAZING!!!

There is very little lather, so it's hard to figure out if your hair is getting clean. I'm sure it's good, but it takes getting used too. Like using a non-foaming face cleaner.
Honestly I think it will take continued use to see any real results.

I love Ojon products. This shampoo leaves my hair dry, wavy hair clean, shiny and soft. I feel like it defines my waves a bit more as well. The full size is expensive but I feel like this is one of the better high-end shampoos and worth the price! A little goes a long way.

This shampoo is awesome, I love the way that it smells. When I read other reviews I thought that it was going to be a funny smell to it but I love the way it smells. It leave my hair very hydrated especially since my hair soaks up oil very easy. The shea butter and other butters are a great combination, this shampoo is excellent for African Americans hair type but may be to heavy if you have thin hair. I Love It!

I did not find that this product did anything for my hair. Left my hair with tangles even after using the Ultra Hydrating Conditioner. Not worth the money.
