Best brow gel to tame unruly hairs

Quick Take: water resistant, long lasting
My eyebrows grow down naturally and this is one of the only products that will keep them tamed. I also used brow wax but this is so convenient. I sometimes will go over it with a tinted brow gel to give it a more natural look because this creates a very sleek brow.

Amazing amazing! It's so natural on your skin and it easily glides on without having to worry about it. I apply it once in the morning and it's set for the rest of the day! Must try!!

Quick Take: long lasting
Brow fix is the perfect solution to cover those few hairs while waiting for your next eyebrow appointment. I smooth Brow Fix all over my brows and extra hairs. I fill my brows after I apply the product because I feel it has more staying power, and it covers any leftover white residue from the stick (I have dark eyebrows). Also, I apply just a tad bit of concealer over the Brow wax on my unwanted hairs, and voila! Nice coverage!!

Keeps brows in place ok. But wipes off brow pencil. Will return for the anastasia brow gel. Like other waxes I've use, this makes the brow pencil color much bolder...warning for fellow brunettes who want to avoid scouse brow.

I've tried plenty of the gel's in the tube including Anastasia brand & I must say I prefer this waxy stick. It gives a soft natural look whereas the gel can make my brows almost stiff like. I just bought my second pencil so I definitely recommend!

Not right for dark thick brows

I like it and will keep using it until its finished (which should take a while because it only takes a little each time) but I will not repurchase. It would probably work for lighter colored brows but on my dark brown brows it can sometimes show up as a little white. It also isn't strong enough to really hold my thick brows in place, especially those that like to stick out.

I use the Smashbox Brow Tech and would be left with no wax but both powders so I decided to try Brow Fix. This pencil is GREAT, my eyebrows look well-groomed even when I'm in desperate to get my eyebrows waxed.

I was using petroleum jelly to tame my wild brows, but didn't like the glistening effect. Brow Fix does the job perfectly! Only downside is that it has to be occasionally sharpened.

Quick Take: not sticky
Does what it claims- smooths brows down, keeps hairs in place. Note that like all brow waxes or gels (in my experience), this will darken your brows just a little bit. To me, it makes a very polished look. I have used both on my natural brows as well as when I use brow powders or brow pencils.

I thought this product was going to be better than Anastasia gel but it did not live to its expectation. I'm disappointed because I was looking for a product that will keep my eyebrows looking good and instead it turned out to be too flaky and my eyebrows looked down instead of looking shapely formed.

Darker eyebrows beware

Quick Take: waxy film makes darker eyebrows look waxy or grey.
It's a wax, and I have jet black hair. Naturally I fill my eyebrows in with an espresso colored eyebrow pen. The issue with the was is that it leaves behind a slight film. It may not be an issue if your eyebrows are lighter, but on darker ones they tend to look grey. Additionally, because you have to drag the wax across, it also smudges the color (and yes, I waited for it to set first).
