like a drink of water for my skin

I put this on first thing in the morning and it moisturizes, plumps and soothes my skin. I have combination skin and it really helps with my makeup application. I highly recommend.

They call this a "softener", but I assume it is a toner. Regardless, I use it after cleansing with the Extra Creamy cleanser and my face feels great afterwards. I have combination skin and this works great for me.

Was Hoping For Better Results

But I did not get the results I was hoping for and read in the reviews. I have used all but less than 1/4 of the bottle, and for the price, I am extremely disappointed. I used it as directed and see absolutely no difference in my skin what-so-ever. Yes, it 'feels' nice, but that does not cut it at this price. I am still on the hunt for an item that does what it states it does. Everyone has different skin, therefore it may work for others.

Recommended by the skin care specialist at a Sephora store, I tried this toner and is really makes your skin feel soft, supple, and beautiful. It is pricey but worth it. Wonderful for any skin but a must for mature skin. A keeper!

I use this every morning after I get out of the shower with a clean face. I like how the toner doesn't come out of the bottle quickly-which presents no spills or waste.
I am 41, and feel like my skin LOVES the Shiseido line!

i have been using this product for about 3 weeks now, and i love it. i have dry skin, and on days when i am busy i can get away with just using the toner and no face cream. the smell is a bit strong (very floral old lady-ish) but i worth tolerating for the mosturizing effects

This is a very nourishing lotion for very dry skin. Any other skin type will not fully work with this formula, as it may make you break-out . Great to remove makeup traces without ever drying.

My mom has this and in curiosity, I decided to try it out. I like that it does soften my face, but it also causes my skin to produce a LOT of oil (to the point where it is even visible!) after just a few hours of applying. I will not use this again.

Feels SO luxurious, but it's a tiny bit too heavy for my normal/oily skin. Removes traces of make up and oil, if those are ever left on my skin, and doesn't irritate. I like it best in winter when my skin is at its driest.
