Keep a stiff upper neck

You will become a believer after using this product. Five years ago a Shisedo Representative showed me this product and said another customer swore by it. She showed me how to use it -- upward strokes on the neck with the back of my hands. It works exceptioanlly well. Really. I have been using it for five years and my neck does not show any signs of the drooping poultry flesh effect. With this product it never will.

I loveloveLOVE this neck cream! I'm on my fourth tube and think it's great. You don't need much to cover your neck and chest and it makes my skin really smooth and the wrinkles less noticeable. It also smells nice without being overpowering.

I've used this neck cream for a long time. I like it because it doesn't give me any sticky feeling on my neck. Also, I like the smell of it. The fragrance is not too strong. Very pleasing smell.

Luxury cream on your neck

First of all this is quite an expensive product to use just for a specific area, but I tried it anyway and I really like it! It feels velvety and smooth when you apply it, and not to mention it smells great. I find myself using this very sparingly because the first tube went in just 2 weeks and I really cannot afford to spend $100/month just on my neck (other areas need work too). I am on my second bottle and it's lasted me a month so far so I am happy with the way I am using it now.
I'm in my late twenties and the reason I brought this product is for upkeep of my décolleté which so far I am happy with. I would give it five stars but it's so expensive that I cannot do that.

I have to dispute this cream's claim of being a "retexturizing cream" that is somehow "designed to support the unique needs of neck and decolletage areas." Really? How so? I've been using this neck cream every single day for over six weeks and have yet to see any proof that can back up what is being said about it.
I've spread it on thinly. I've spread it on thick as sludge. I've gently massaged it into my neck with upward strokes as the instructions say to do. I wasn't expecting miracles (nothing but surgery can give you anything close to that scenario) but what I did ask to see was just something, anything to notice that was different in my beautiful neck area: but sadly nothing has changed in order to give this product a chance to live up to it's description of being a "neck contour treatment." My $50 bucks simply bought me just a thickly glorified regular-ole-cream, nothing "contouring" about it.

I am new to the Shiseido skincare line of products and purchased this item to address my "aging neckline"...UGH!! I have used this product for @2 weeks and am seeing results. ( Hopefully others will, too!) This one is a keeper!

I have tried lots of neck and decollete treatments and this one actually works. After one week I have noticed less vertical lines on decollete and neck is firming nicely. Love it. It is expensive but a little goes a long way. Will definitely keep this one in my arsenal:)

I started using this cream about two years ago. I had lost some weight and was starting to get crepiness at the base of my neck. It took about 6 months, but this crepiness is gone, and even the sagginess along the jawline is gone. It only takes a little, and the tube lasts a long time.

I loved this neck contour treatment! I use it every morning and before bed. It only takes a little bit to smooth onto my neck. My neck skin feels supple, not too tight, but not loose and hardly any wrinkles (I am 53 years old). I am very, very happy with this product. Thank you!

I think this is helping, but in truth I don't think I've used it long enough to really judge this product. Nothing happens overnight! The texture is good, no unpleasant odor, seems to be hydrating. Price was very good.

Bought this product for the fine lines on my neck and I swear over night it ruined my neck! I have significantly more lines now than I did before and the ones this cream gave me are thicker compared to my other natural aging lines. I'm debating on ever buying another Shiseido product ever again. Thank goodness Sephora has a great return policy!
