I must have been smoking crack when I read about this little device. For some reason, I thought that it was more like a battery-operated brush that did some of the work for you. Nope. It's just a brush. It does have soft bristles, so I don't feel like I am ripping my skin off...and, there's a nice little cover to put over the bristles when not in use which makes it good for travel. But, honestly, because a washcloth does just as good a job exfoliating, and I'm going to be using one of those anyway, I pretty much forget about this brush. If you want a scrub brush for your face, save some money and get the $5 Sephora version.

Quick Take: amazing
I just tried this brush for the first time today and I am completely satisfied with this purchase. The brush is very soft yet still deep cleans my skin. I wear makeup daily and have been using the same cleanser to do so. I used that same cleanser with the shiseido brush and my skin immediately felt the difference afterwards. My pores feel like they can 'breathe' and my skin is silky smooth. My skin has never felt so clean before. What I love about this brush is that it is foolproof. The bristles are soft and do not irritate my sensitive skin. Also the silicone bristles are perfect for massaging and what I absolutely love about this brush is that I can control how abrasive it can be by applying/removing the pressure of my hold on the brush. Simple and economical, I will DEFINITELY purchase this product again.

Quick Take: my own personal facial spa, it is also fabulous for facial scubs
I've used this brush for years and then lost it in a divorce! There are no malls were I live and I was so excited when I found it in Sephora. Have you ever noticed that even though you clean your face and use makeup remover, there is still dirt on your drying towel? Well this brush, no matter what cleansing brand you use, actually turns any product into an expensive cleaner. It's 4 soft pink rubber tips stimulate blood circulation, unclog pores, remove dead skin and actually make pores smaller. I had one deep pore that was getting debris in it that I couldn't remove, and after 2 weeks my brush has actually shrunk the poor and removed the black head inside. The white bristles are soft as silk. It actually makes me look forward to cleaning my face because it is so relaxing. I use circular motions with the brush, and, because it feels good, I use it longer and do a proper job of cleaning. The best part, though, is that you only need half or 1/3 of the cleaner you would normally use. This brush lathers up cleaners to the tecture of cream, and I still have enough left on the brush for 2 or 3 washes after I rinse it out. This product is a necessity for skin care and well worth the cost - because it saves you money in the long run in cleansers.

This does the job well but the handle is hard to keep soap-free. This causes it to become very slippery and easily dropped. One of the few products of its kind on the market.

Quick Take: awesome for that extra squeaky clean feeling!
This is a very nice brush. Although I just have the Sephora brush to to compare it to, this facial brush has these massage "tentacles" that help to scrub your face squeaky clean. I just started wearing makeup again and it's important for me that my face is super clean before going to bed.

Love this! The bristles are extremely soft, but the "silicone cushions" prevent them from bending too much. I didn't notice much of a massage effect, but it definitely exfoliates and cleanses thoroughly.
I was a bit surprised by the size of the brush. In the pic. it looks like the handle's really long, but it's only slightly longer than the width of my palm. The short length makes it easy to get cleanser on the handle, which in turn makes it difficult to hold onto the brush. As long as you're careful (or rinse your hand!), this is still an excellent brush.

ive been using this brush for the past 3-4 years or so until i switched to the clarisonic a few months ago. i LOVED this brush and it is totally worth 23 bucks. its very gentle and really cleans your face well.i use it with a foaming cleanser for about a minuite and my face feels so clean after this.

When cleansing your face this brush really helps exfoliation, its not harsh, i have sensitive skin and i use it every morning and night.
My friend noticed my skin looking better a few months ago, and she skill compliments my skin. I have blackheads, and this has helped diminish their quantity. What I do is that I clean quickly with my fingers, spreading shisheido cleanser, then I use the brush for 30 seconds prior to rinsing. Its like a massage for your face.

This brush works so well. It's gentle and it stops my monthly breakouts. I used it on my husband and he likes it too.
I lost it for a couple of weeks and started breaking out again. When I found it and used it again, it was so gentle that it didn't even hurt where I'd broken out.
I can't imagine spending $200 on a Clarisonic when this is available.

Have you ever been to a facialist? Have you ever enjoyed the light touches on your face when they ever so slightly tap on areas of your skin? This little massage brush does just that. I love the silicone nubbies on it -- they feel like tiny baby fingers gently touching your face.

waste of money really. it's gentle but that's about it. in fact i'm going to return it. i guess it depends on what you're looking for- i was looking for something to help me deep clean my pores to minimize my blackheads- this isn't it.
