I've loved this cleanser for years and years. I have extremely sensitive skin in winter that has a tendency towards dry splotches when I wash it more than once a day. It was difficult to find a cleanser that worked for me in all seasons and effectively removed makeup and treatment products from my skin. It lathers so well with a pea sized amount of product and leaves my skin moist, well cleansed and squeaky. For the last year I've been using it with my Clarisonic and the results have been nothing short of amazing! No uncomfortable tightness and never anymore dry spots.

AMAZING!!! I love this, I have sensitive skin and this product cleans my skin completely, I don't feel like anything is left on my face(which I tend to be gentle because I'm so sensitive) Love this will purchase again and again

I received this in a starter kit at my local Sephora and I really like it. It smells amazing and is really gentle on my skin and my face feels extremely clean after using it. If you are looking for a great cleanser, I highly recommend checking out the Shiseido line.

but I was wrong! I came crawling back after leaving to see if I could find a less expensive alternative. This wash, while pricey, lasts a long time since you only need a little bit to get a great lather. This is the best wash on the market!

As the name suggests, this cleanser is very gentle and it does not dry out skin. If you have normal/dry skin, this product would work best on you. It also lasts a long time, a little goes a long way.

I've been using this morning and night for almost a year now, and i still have many uses left in the same bottle. The description describes it perfectly. All you need is a pea sized amout(or less) to create a rich lather. I never had severe acne, but since using this I havnt had any acne.

I have acne prone skin that is often red, dry and irritated. I had used a brand name three step skin product for many years which treated my acne but left my skin very dry and rough. I started using this product because my sister recommended it and my skin has been glowing, no acne, is super soft and my pores look smaller. I'm very happy and plan on continuing to use it. It is rather pricey unfortunately though.

Rich,creamy and smells heavenly...shiseido has a winner with this gentle cleanser. It's not irritating, and completely cleanses off all of my makeup. It's gentle enough to remove my eye makeup as well.

I really wish this was in stock I am out and can't order more, but I love this stuff its amazing!! I have rosacia and KP and it makes my skin soft and moisturized and clean. Its awesome I highly recommend any shiseido products I just wish it stayed in stock longer!!!

Quick Take: gentle on skin
I really like this cleanser. Skin feels really soft after using it, and doesn't feel too dry. A little goes a long way, and it removes all of my makeup...even liquid eyeliner. I have super sensitive skin with eczema and scaling, and I was looking for a gentle cleanser that wouldn't aggrevate my conditions. The sephora SA helped me choose this, and so far, I like it. I hope it continues.

I don't know why I keep trying other cleansers. This stuff is amazing. You literally need less than a pea-size bit to work up an incredible foam that takes everything off your skin, including mascara, and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. It's worth every penny, and one tube will last ages.

After reading the reviews and researching this brand I decided to try it. Many if my friends use it as well and I have heard nothing but great things....
Well they were all right! This wash is amazing on my very oily, sensitive acne prone skin. Just a dime size dot lathers so rich and creamy and when u wash it off ur fave feels clean. It's great with my clarisonic as well. Follow with the toner and day and night moisturizer and my skin has shown amazing improvements!! Smaller pores,smooth and glowing!!
