I was using Vichy to control my acne but it make me feel dry. Now I am using this gel-cream after applying Vichy. Shiseido is certainly a good brand and this cream does everything as it says.

I love this product! It's non-greasy and it's so lightweight. Been using this product, along with the Pureness Deep Cleansing Foam, for a couple of years. Every time I bump into some old friends I haven't seen in a while, I always get compliments about how great my skin looks. I tried to change moisturizers several times (as some people advised), but I always end up coming back to this.

I have dry skin and am always on the lookout for a good moisturizer that won't cost me an arm and a leg. This moisturizer has a really nice light scent, is lightweight and keeps my skin moisturized. I just finished a jar and will repurchase!

I have combination/oily skin with mild acne. I have tried a lot of acne skin care lines and usually don't have any problems until I come to the moisturizer. I bought this on a whim, and I am so glad I did! It feels like gel, and a little bit goes a very long way. It moisturized my skin without making it feel greasy or sticky. It doesn't make me break out, which is awesome. It doesn't really help with wrinkles, so if you're looking for something that does, skip this. Aside from giving the dewy, fresh faced look it promises, it smells great!

I love Shisheido. I was looking for a lightweight moisturizer to use at night after I shower and before I go to bed, and this fits the bill entirely. Its definitely more gel than lotion, as the name suggests, which helps with the lightweight feeling. I do feel like my skin is a lot softer after, and it stays soft and hydrated even when I wake up in the morning.
Its not really a deep moisturizer so if you're looking for something to re-hydrate very dry skin, this probably isn't it. But if you want a nice everyday moisturizer, especially one to use at night, this works wonders.
AND, what's even better, is that a tiny, tiny bit goes a very long way.

I have oily skin so I am very sensitive to cream that is too creamy. So I always look for cream that is pure but moisturize well. This is the product I am looking for. I have bought 4 bottles already and I will keep buying it.

Its refreshing, but I wouldn't say its moisturizing. It is a cream, but in gel form. It does soften your skin a bit. It definitely is not for dry skin, it wont help you at all.

I have acne prone combination skin. This is the best moisturizer I've used yet. It's super light and absorbs quickly, but my skin feels hydrated, but not greasy, all day.
I also like the matifying moisturizer in this line, but I prefer this one in the winter.

I do have combo skin, but I did not expect my skin to get so oily with this. I cannot deny that this is moisturizing for my skin, but unfortunately it is ideal for night time use. When I wear it during the day underneath my makeup, oil just keeps coming. I was disappointed with this formula.

I was a bit skeptical to buy this, because of the title 'GEL', because my skin is drier in the winter months. Although I went with my gut to buy this because of the word 'CREAM' (which means it's got moisturizing ingredients). I have never looked back since going with my gut on this one. The product is very soft on your hands, and once applied to your face, it almost feels like water and jelly. It dries within 30 seconds and molds itself to your skin. It works and moisturizes very well, that I feel like I don't even need a primer. I have converted to Shisedo... You gals should also try the balancing toner with this. I will just say that the power of water is very beneficial in skin health.

This stuff is AWESOME! It is the only moisturizer that doesn't break me out or make me oily, and I have very acne-prone skin. It smells amazingly clean and fresh. It is officially my Holy Grail Moisturizer. Well worth the money, you should definitely give this a try if you have sensitive skin.!

I use this gel every morning and night. It is light enough that even my husband uses it as he didn't want anything too greasy on his face. This gel comes in a glass bottle and can last over a few months. You only need to put on a few spots of the gel on your face and it will be nice and moist. I haven't experienced any breakouts from this product and I've used this product for over 2 years.
The only bad thing about this product is that I just found out it contains parabens. I'm on the lookout for a new moisturizer, but for now I haven't found anything better.

This product worked really well with my skin type. And the fact that it's lightweight helps, because on certain days, my skin tends to be more dry, but other days it would be oily. So I can always apply more when needed. I've tried other moisturizers before, but would have a bad reaction with them. This by far has not had a problem.

A few yes ago, I developed adult on-set acne and have tried everything for my sensitive, combination skin. A dear friend at my local sephora suggested this product. This moisturizer provides the perfect amount of hydration without feeling greasy. Perfect for AM before applying sunscreen. If you are not happy with your moisturizer I highly suggest this one.

I purchased this product after having used other products from Shiseido. I am sorry to say this product was very disappointing. As opposed to controlling the excess oil, it made my skin greasier. Had to return it.

Even in the Texas heat, this is not too heavy. I use it as my nighttime moisturizer and I don't wake with breakouts or an oil slick in my T zone. I use the deep cleanser also, and combined with this my skin feels softer than I remember it being as a child. Love this line of products.

I've recently ran out of all of my skincare products and was in a desperate need for new bottles. I do not usually look for something new for my skin is very sensitive and acne-prone.
I happened to get my toner, lotion, and mositurizer from this line and I am in love with them. It has been just more than a week now and my face is clean finally. I did not have any serious breakout since I started using them, and old acne signs have started to get better slowly.
It definitely works for oily and trouble-prone skin.
