This eye cream is highly recommended for those who want to almost erase the lines around their eyes. What this product does is that it moisturizes the area around your eye making you look youthful. It has a good thickness to it and is fast absorbent. Do not get in your eye, it will sting!

I don't have lines or wrinkles but, what I do have are dark circles. This cream has banished my under eye dark circles COMPLETELY. The hyperpigmentation on my eyelids have been reduced by at least 60%. This cream provides excellent hydration and does a lot for a very reasonable price. I LOVE this eye cream!

First my opinion on the product, it really smells and bothered my eyes. I tried to motor through it, using it once daily instead of twice and it was really hard. I use the serum, which also smells to me but doesn't bother my eyes. I did not see or feel anything different, but I just used it once a day. The bigger problem I had was how long the bottle lasted. You only need a small amount and I used this once daily. The bottle was empty in less than three weeks! I can not believe this was truly a full bottle. This is the second time this has happened. I'm ready for packaging that shows how much product is really in the bottle.

This is a lightweight cream that provides decent moisture. However, I found it to be too light for PM use - it doesn't hydrate or plump my eyes like other creams. It also did nothing for my wrinkles (I have some small lines under the eyes), whereas I have seen improvement after switching to other creams.
This cream was decent for AM use. If I set it with a good powder then it doesn't lead to eye makeup smearing. I recommend this for people who want a basic lightweight moisturizer that doesn't irritate the eyes. I would still recommend you alternate with a thicker cream in the PM.

I love Shiseido in general, but if you want a serious eye cream (regardless of how old are you), I'd recommend the Benefiance WrinkleResist24 Intensive Eye Contour Cream. The Bio-Performance is very light compared to the Beneficiance, which feels much richer and will stay on all night.

I keep trying to replace Shiseido eye cream with something less expensive, but I can't give it up because it takes years off. I seriously got carded last week, and I'm 44. I have never written a review before but this stuff erases crow's feet and eye crepe-iness like nothing else. I have super-dry, super-sensitive skin and I'm super-picky. Pat this all around eye area with ring fingers twice a day before moisturizer and see real results in a few days.

I have been using this product for several weeks. I find it mosturizing, but that's it. I do not see any difference in puffiness or dark circles. The pump doesn't work very good. I guess I'll keep looking.

It feels moisturizing but other then that I don't see its benefit - I've been using it for 6 weeks, everyday. I see nothing special about it despite other's reviews. The bad part about this eye cream is the packaging. Even though I've only used about 1/4 or 1/3 of the cream it can sometimes be problematic to pump out.

I have been searching for a long time to find an eye cream that moisturizes well and does not irritate my eyes. Thanks to all of these wonderful reviewers...I found it! Now that I am past 25, I realize that my under eye area is showing a few tiny fine lines. I started using this about three weeks ago...I try to use it every night shortly after washing my face...and every morning when I wake up I can barely see any lines under my eyes. I think this works very effectively at moisturizing and plumping up those fine lines. It has definitely diminished the appearance of them. It has some good anti-aging ingredients also...which is important to many of us approaching 30. Most notably- hyaluronic acid which helps the skin retain moisture and Retinyl Acetate (a form of retinol) which helps give the skin a youthful bright look. Upon application, it feels very soothing and moisturizing but not greasy/heavy (it absorbs into the skin after 20-30 minutes). I like this better than the Shiseido Benefiance eye cream because I found the formula to be too heavy.
This eye cream does not have a strong fragrance...which seems to be a cause of eye irritation (causing the eyes to water).
This is a reasonable price because all you need is one pea sized pump.
I store it under the bathroom sink to keep it fresher longer.

This moisturizer helps conquer puffiness, dark circles, dryness and fine lines. Have used it as long as I can remember. Only "un-positive" remark is the amount of product is small and difficult to use when running out. I remove the top and use a Q-tip to get out the rest. Wish they used a jar instead of a pump. But I still continue to buy it; it's that good. Great formulation, not too thick.

After using this cream for quite some time I have found that on average it is pretty good. Not greasy, ONCE it settles into the skin. For wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles I can honestly say that it hasn't done much for those. My main concern is keeping that area moisturized and healthy to prevent future issues.

This eye cream is lightweight, and I like that it it is not greasy or sticky. However, the pump doesn't always work well and my skin seems to prefer the Benefiance line. Still a good product, but I will go back to the Benefiance when I finish the bottle.

Excellent eye cream! it is not cheap, but not as expensive as other high end brands and you only need a very very small amount for both eyes so it will last a long time! Very smooth and hydrating, nice packing so the vitamins and minerals are stable and sanitary... it is a heavier cream so I use it at night because I have oily lids (but dry under eyes), but if I use it in the morning I prep my lids with my eye primer so my eyeshadow won´t budge. Very nice cream over all!

After I finished a bottle of this eye cream , I thought it wasn't bad, but nothing special either. Then I started on a retinol A super charged cream and had allergic reaction & lines around my eyes. So I went back to Shiseido, after two weeks, my eyes recovered and the annoying lines caused by the retinol A cream finally lightened up. I give this cream 4 starts as it is not a miracle worker. Oh well, how many miracle workers out there after all?! For $ 50ish something, this cream is a bargain and reliable.
