Quick Take: soothing, refreshing, non-greassy

i love shiseido products, and honestly i loved this eye cream too, when i started to use it, because it is a really good moisturizer and it sinks into the skin fast, its not greassy at all and i can aply make up right away. thats why i give it 4 stars. but for the part where it says it helps with dark circles or fine lines, it didnt do nothing of that for me. but again, i only used it for about 2 months now, so ill keep on using it and ill see whats gonna happen after another month or so, when probably i will try a different brand.

The best eye cream ever! - 01.29.10

Quick Take: soothing, refreshing, moisturizing, light, keeps dark circles away

I've been using this eye cream for almost two years now. I had bad acne for a while and the benzoyl peroxide and retinoids I carefully applied away from the eye area somehow still irritated my eyelids. They were red and would sometimes peel! Other eye creams would burn when I would put them on my eyelids. This one was the only one I tried that was soothing, non-greasy, and always left the delicate skin around my eyes soft and looking refreshed.

Two years later, I've avoided the red/irritated/peeling skin and it is still my favorite product (I briefly tried a different Shisheido cream but found it waaay too greasy to use under makeup). It works so well that I've caught my husband putting some on in the morning (I guess he notices I don't have puffy eyelids!). He'll never admit it, but he loves this product as much as I do. :)

It does moisturize and that's it. - 01.03.10

It did moisturize my eye area and was easy to apply make up over it. I did not see any results as far as lines or dark circles.

I have very sensitive eyes. This is a very moisturizing non invasive cream for around my eyes. I love it!

I just started using this product and so far, it's pretty good. I'm sure it's still early to notice any dramatic improvement, but I like the way it feels and it does moisturize well around the eyes.

Very oily - 12.04.09

Quick Take: oily, heavy, did nothing for color circles

I got a promotional sample, 2-weeks' worth of this eye cream, and it could not at all convert me from my beloved Fresh Lotus Eye Gel (for which I have a separate review).

This cream is so heavy that it leaves my eye area very oily and nearly sticky, no matter how sparingly I apply it. My eye area actually began to darken and my circles became more pronounced and dull. My Fresh Gel got my eyes back to normal, though. I like trying new products, especially when they outperform my current ones. This one did not, and I couldn't recommend it.

I havent used this long enough to say so but I love how you dont have to use much and it goes a long way! I do notice my eyes are not as dark in circles as they were before...

I never had a puffiness problem until I tried this cream. I used it during the day and my eyes became puffy. I don't know if its any good for wrinkles and won't find out because I have to return it.

Great eye cream, been using it for 2 years now and definetely reduce/prevent lines and dark circle. Blend well with my mufe lift concealer. A little goes along the way, a bottle last me for 6 months. Will keep use it.

It smoothes the dry lines under my eyes during winter time. 1 drop last a whole day even I need to stay at office for 8 hours long~
