Great protection and primer, cosmetically elegent- 11.11.09

I have been using this sunblock for years and i'm on my 4th or 5th bottle. It goes on like milk. I use it on everyday basis even in cloudy SF Bay Area. I take it on outdoor adventure trips and beach trips as well, and it provides great protection against the sun. I love that it goes on very smooth and is perfect under makeup/foundation.

I love how easily this spreads on my skin. The Cream is great too, but you have to work harder to spread it and get it to blend in. I get no white cast to my face. SPF55 is fine for me, since I am barely outside. The Lotion is a great product and I continue to repurchase.

Everyone recommended this to me -- estheticians, friends, employees. They also recommended I moisturize separately, so now I apply this and then spot-moisturize after. My esthetician told me, "You don't use those shampoo-conditioner combos, so why would you use a sunscreen-moisturizer combination?" Touche. This stuff is pricey, but you use a pea-size amount, so it lasts a long time.

I have been using Shiseido sun protection products for over 12 years. I can't live without them. They are one of the very few that don't irritate my sensitive skin. The texture is surprisingly light, for SPF 55, and you don't get a greasy afterfeel.

I purchased this product recently and have to say it is the best sunscreen I have ever used. Any other high SPF I have tried in the past leaves me shiny or takes ages to sink in. This one is light, and leaves my face soft and not shiny at all. I will use this one for the rest of my life!!

I love this sunscreen, I use it all over my body and my face. This is the only sunscreen that doesn't cause my face to break out. It's non-greasy and applies easily, but you have to be careful. If you don't blend it in well enough you'll see some white residue. Definitely recommend for sun protection and everyday use, do not use if you are trying to tan.

out of all the sun screens i've tried this is the best one hands down. it's affordable, goes a long way and is not greasy at all! i have a lot of freckles and even though i was wearing sunblock on my face i was still noticing more freckles over time. when i got this within a few months i noticed that i wasn't getting anymore freckles and my sensitive skin was reacting well and not breaking out. for the amount of protection you get it's the best!

This is THE BEST sunscreen available on the market. I've tried every product I've been able to get my hands on, and none protects from the sun better than this one. Also, it is very gentle on the skin and does not leave a white residue or cake in any way. Our whole family uses it, including my three-year old twins.

i wear this sunscreen religiously- rain or shine. its not very moisturizing, but i layer it on top of my moisturizer and that combination seems to work pretty well. i'm a sucker for the high-spf, and trust that sheseido will make products sensitive enough for my skin. ive used peter thomas roth, shu uemura, sisley and think that this product is the most affordable and effective.

I have used many sunblock including some Shiseido ones. I found this to be the best sunblock. You won't feel like you have sunblock on. It's smooth. It feels like like lotion. It also moisturize your skin at the same time. It also have a high SPF. I used shisido sunblock in cream before this came out and this is much much lighter. I put it on everyday before I go out. I also put it under in foundation. I will recommend this to every one!!

I highly recommend this product. I have acne and this product has helped clear my skin as it doesn't cause any irritation or breakouts. During the summer I use it without a moisturizer and it keeps my skin well hydrated without being oily. Last but not least, the sun coverage it provides is excellent.

This sunscreen is fabulous. It is not greasy, and is absorbed immediately.It is a great primer for my foundation- very matte finish. I love this stuff and love the sun protection under my makeup. Will definitely buy again
